The problem was, I was saving it as 'Agreement.txt' as in that's what I was typing in as the name. Buuuuuut, I didn't need to add the file extention, so it was showing up to them as 'Agreement.txt.txt' . Apparently the file extentions don't show up for text files here, and that's what threw me off. Big 'ol floppy thanks to those of you who gave me a hand with this and put up with my completely flying off the handle about something so inconsiquential and unimportant.
