Now just to clarify- Regal never cheats.

 

He uses the brass knucks cause he has a degenerative hand/arm condition and the brass knucks help deal with that. He just has a really strong punch

I actually thought Regal used a brass knucks as a warning to others. His punch is so powerful that he doesn't want to catch someone who is not ready so the brass glimmers a little warning the opponent so Regal does not knock their head clean off.
