Oh, BTW, one other thing I noticed in the TV Guide article:

 

There's a section in there about Buffy's boyfriends. For Angel and Riley there's a "what went right" section and a "what went wrong" section. For Spike there's a "what went right" section and a "best moment" section.

Spike getting out of the wheelchair is my favorite moment in Buffy history.

 

Spike seeing Buffy and Angel kiss last week to end the ep sure comes close though.

Xander stands there stunned while Riley goes back to moving.

That was the point where I realized I was emotionally invested in season 4. The frustration at them not saying anything.

Yeah it's weird because as much as I hate Riley...he and his relationship with Buffy is the catalyst for Hush...one of the greatest eps ever.

 

Whedon is a friggin genius. Who else would take an episode about communication and make it a silent one.

That was a really great moment.

 

My fav RIley line was from the same ep, actually. He's just sorta staring at the Two Xander's, and goes:

 

"You know, from a psychological perspective, this is all really fascinating. Doesn't anyone else want to lock them in seperate rooms and run some experiments on them?"

 

And then everyone just sorta stares at him. Good stuff.

Tara You learn her source, and we'll introduce her to her insect reflection. Um... that, that was funny... if you um, if you studied Taglarin mythic rights... and are a complete dork.

I'm debating right now on my favorite moment...I think it might be when Buffy was awarded class protector at the prom. Touching moment and you realize that the class really does know what's up and they do appreciate her.

That was very touching, but when she killed Angel after he got his soul back, I just sat in awe for a good 10 minutes.

They didn't know what Buffy was. They just knew their school was messed up and that when Buffy was around she stopped bad things.

 

Plus high school was over and it was ok to let the cat out of the bag. And it let her know all her sacrifice wasn't for nothing.

Just had to use my 6,000th post here. I'm in a constant strugger on whether I like season 2 or 3 the best...season 2 has the strong ending with the Angelus stuff...but 3's kick ass in its own right.

I'd say Season 3. Season 2 had some of the best Buffy moments, but it also had some really bad episodes. Season 3 was (for the most part) consistently good.

 

Even better if you pretend the first two episodes of the season didn't happen.

Season 3 is my favorite season by far.

 

I am watching Graduation Day Pt 2 right now on FX, and FX's editing is really pissing me off. I've seen this episode like 5 times in the past 5 months, so I know it like the back of my hand. They cut out the part when Angel is feeding on Buffy and she squeezes the helmet. And when Oz says his humus(sp) line again. Arr, it is just annoying that is all.

 

Okay, I know I have asked this like 3 times, but can some explain to me what exactly 730 means? I know it is the date that Buffy dies, but what is the significance of the numbers 730? Please, thanks fellas.
