Guest Kingpk Report post Posted September 24, 2002 If you pick up the November issue of EGM (If you're a subscriber, you probably will get it this week), they have a feature called "25 Resons You Will Love GTA: Vice City" Here are a few: 1) Ray Liotta voices the main character. LT and Jenna Jameson also will do voices for some of the characters. 2) You can fly a helicopter, and a plane that is better than the Dodo. 3) Vice city is twice the size of Liberty City (which was pretty damn big itself). 4) A better targeting system, where the camera switches to an over-the-shoulder angle so you can see better. 5) Motorcycles, at least 4 kinds. 6) Well over 100 types of cars, ready to be jacked. 7) 40 weapons you can use 8) You can pop a car's tires to slow an enemy trying to escape. 9) A great plot with plenty of surprising twists 10) Boat chases with some high speed vessels. I don't want it to be totally open from the start - it's more fun and rewarding to unlock sections... oh well... GOLF CARTS! And I've heard you can get a Moped too... this game is going to rule... Report post Posted September 26, 2002 Man, "Henry Hill", Jenna Jameson, motorcyles, smashing windows, shooting tires, flying planes, stealing cars, drug cartels (it IS Miami, after all), 80's music (hopefully, Bowie's "1984" will be in it!) and a city 3 times bigger than Liberty! Is there a DOWNSIDE to this game?! and this has been bugging me for some time: Was Liberty City based on New York, Washington D.C., Philly (D.C. and Philly: "Liberty"...youknawwherei'mcominfrom?) or San Fracisco? For example: -You would receive $10,000-$50,000 for completed missions -You received $25-$150 for every car you imploded on your way How much of it was actually SPENT on things other than weapons?
