WWE Raw house show

September 28, 2002

West Palm Beach, Fla.

Report by Aubrey Craun, PWTorch.com correspondent

(1) Rico defeated Spike.

(2) Randy Orton defeated Test.

(3) D-Lo Brown & Johnny Stamboli & Mark Jindrak defeated Raven & Steven Richards & Justin Credible.

(4) Kane & Hurricane defeated The Un-Americans.

(5) Rob Van Dam defeated Ric Flair.

Intermission

(6) Trish Stratus & Jacqueline defeated Molly Holly & Victoria.

(7) The Big Show defeated Tommy Dreamer.

(8) Rosey & Jamal defeated Booker T & Goldust.

(9) Triple H defeated Bubba Ray Dudley.

All in all, a pretty decent show. It's the first time WWE has been to WPB in 4 years, and the crowd was psyched until the main event. The biggest pops went to Booker T & Goldust and RVD. Huge heel heat to Test, Rico, and Storm & Christian. Interesting to note, many people left right before the main event. Even Triple H acknowledged that fact in a promo he cut on Bubba Ray before the bell rang for their match.

After this happens on a teleivised event, maybe, just maybe, Vince will see that nobody wants to see that feud.

I'm sure HHH wished it happened with RVD so he could blame it on him.

Hell yes! Hell yes!

Leave when the overpushed hosses come on for the main.

Now if it'd only happen to Lesnar/Taker..

lol

Man thes house shows seemed to be packed with matches.

If that happened with Taker/TUW, Vince would physically start sending staff members out there to fill the seats. Billy Kidman holding up a giant Brock poster.

Oh, I'd stay to see Brock/Taker...and then leave when you knew UT was going to no-sell everything....

oh wait...so I'd be leaving like before Brock came out...FUCK

Why would you stay to see the match anyway? To see if Brock decided to shift a little when he was laying down in the bearhug.

I don't get it.

Vince wants the crowd to look full on TV for Taker and TUW. I thought it was self explanitory...

God, that would be great if everyone on live TV left for the snack stand when HHH came out for a 20-minute promo, and left for good when his ME match came up...

The Useless Wonder

Allright, that makes sense...

Anyways, this is a good sign. It could easily happen on live tv if it happened at a houseshow. Let's cross our fingers...

I'd stay just to see Brock's jig, then I'd leave.

Dance Brock, dance!! ::shakes fist menacingly::

People won't leave during a TV event because if you have ever been there because to 75% of the fuckers there the most important thing is getting on the TitanTron or TV.

That's true. While I was watching one RAW from earlier this year, I noticed that during the Vince/Flair segment, the majority of the fans were watching to see if they could get on the TitanTron. Now, back to the subject at hand. I don't want to see HHH vs. Bubba Ray. I hope from this house show Vince gets the idea.

Most of them would probably have mugged enough before the main. Booker/Bagwell ring a bell?

Don't remind me of that match, please. The way they were hyping it, I expected a pretty decent match, instead, we got a shitfest.

I think the crowd reaction and general atmosphere made it much worse than it really was. Don't get me wrong, it was a bad match, but not Kane/Test level.

I bet money that when HHH acknowledged this with the mic he told Bubba people were leaving because "You aren't in my league"

Of course he would be correct...but you shouldn't SAY those things.

Well Bagwell sucks, so I don't think anyone should have expected anything from that match.

I was going to sat the same thing.

As far as I can tell...

With wins/losses and overness taken into account...

there is only one person on that show who fits that program with HHH at this point.

But to face him would mean HHH would have to job...

so I hope this Bubba push is continues to move fans...

...out of the arena

Nothing is more irritating then Bubba's Nut Grab Of Doom.

I Have absolutely no clue what you are referring to, and I think that's a good thing.

Replace RVD with Jeric...wait, he blames Chris either way. Nevermind.
