I really dont know what to say about Smackdown, I really dont, other than, compared to the last 2 weeks, this show is a HUGE letdown.

 

Benoit/Angle vs Eddy/Chavo and Ron Simmons/Dvon vs Edge/Rey Mysterio next week on Smackdown, so Im guessing Benoit/Angle vs Edge/Rey at No Mercy..Should be pretty good match..

 

Another Bad Angle?

 

Dawn Marie slips Torrie's Dad her keycard to her hotel room inside of the Divas Undressed Magazine. UGH. Torrie's Lingerie was awesome, but that was just terrible..

I think the fued/teaming up of Benoit and Angle picked up tonight on Smackdown. They have finally drawn a line in the sand with Eddie, Chavo, Angle, and Benoit.

The way it seems, Benoit and Angle will be going face while Eddie and Chavo are the heels. Of course this could change, but it definatly seemed that way from Smackdown tonight.

Well, IIRC, they never showed Benoit getting beat up, the sure fire sign of a set up. Benoit is probably setting Angle up.

 

Because we need another three weeks to establish that they hate each other, because someone refuses to let this boring feud END.

Right now, the are feuding for no reason, with no goal (Brockertaker are in this horrid title feud)

 

If Benoit and Angle tore up the ring and had a "hey, I want your title" feud, people may CARE. No one cares about this title anymore.

The Benoit/Angle fued would be good if well one was a FACE and the other one is a HEEL. But its two heels with a two heels playing the middle making it just Angle and Eddy getting heat by due process and the rest just fading to the back ground.

But the title should be the backbone of the company. When you are boring fans with two guys they don't really want to see fighting for the title in bad matches, while having guys like Angle and Benoit just kind of feuding because they have nothing else better to do, and Eddy doing shit, it's sad.

Hulk Hogan stunk up the World Title scene throughout the WWF's second biggest run ever. Guys like Ricky Steamboat, Ted Dibiase, Dynamite Kid, ect...still wrestled and did a fine job. Titles aren't everything, get it through your skull.

Everytime I looked up they were doing something stupider. Now Eddy and Chavo are involved in this confusing mess and they are ALL feuding for no reason.

 

And Angle and Benoit aren't allowed to fight because Stephanie said they couldn't last week but they did anyway becaiuse they hate each other so much (for no reason) but they are not suspended for some vague reason. Yeah, I can follow that.

 

And then for whatever reason they are fighting in a closet because Stephanie is too stupid to figure out what is going on, but, oh, wait, it was really Benoit and Eddy fighting because lord knows that Benoit is too stupid to see Chavo Guerrero faking an injury, and if it was Angle vs. Eddy and Chavo, why the fuck can't they win two on one odds? Oh, and Benoit is so stupid that he can't tell the difference between Kurt Angle and Eddy Guerrero.

 

On top of that, how come we never saw an injured Benoit? Are we supposed to believe that no one would rush to the aid of a man that is supposedy injured in a closet? Or, is Kurt Angle so fucking stupid that he can't smell a set up? And where the fuck was he in this whole three minute segment anyway? Why can benoit just randomly wander the halls waiting to help someone but not Angle?

 

Damnit, that show sucked.

Probably because they're either having a match next week, or they don't want to meet them at the pay per view. Would make sense.

 

Angle doesn't like Benoit and vice versa, plus he thinks he can win on his own. They both have that mind-set. So why help the other?

In that segment after Angle made an ass of himself vs. Edge, he ran into the locker room, but was restrained by the awesome power of John cena. Then, Stephanie ran into the male locker room, because, you know, that's allowed and stuff, and yelled, no more fighting, STARTING NOW~!

 

Then they fought ten minutes later.

 

I think Chavo set Benoit up and Eddy!~ and Angle both beat his ass.

 

Ooh, that mastermind Kurt Angle. He didn't want Steph to see him attack Benoit, so he HID IN A CLOSET with Eddy Guerrero and waited for Benoit while the camera was filming. They just don't make eveil masterminds like they used to.

The wrestlers never know when the cameras are on. You know what I mean? No one ever seems to watch the monitors or anything like that. Weird continuity.

And even without the obvious camera angle stuff, everyone involved looks fucking stupid. From Chavo thinking that a fake eye injury will coninve Benoit, to it actually CONVINCING Benoit, to Eddy (and possible Angle) HIDING IN A CLOSET, to benoit not being smart enough to see Eddy Guerrero and not Angle/being stupid enough to fall for this/being stupid enough to walk into a CLOSET.

Benoit and Eddy are good friends so Benoit is probably friends with Chavo by proxy. So Benoit probably had no reason to doubt Chavo.

 

Angle and Eddy are hiding in the closet- Benoit walks in, realises he's in deep shit and Chavo quickly closes the door trapping him inside.

 

This way- Angle gets off scot free, and Eddy and Chavo are able to gain an advantage.
