The Russo booking explodes and I'm glad that it's happening in the midcard for a change.

That match wasn't very good, although they were trying and the heat was decent. Halls belly literally hangs when he gets up from the mat, damn. Either he's not working out at all, is still drinking, or both. What a cluster at the end there. Lame idea to do the lights out thing just for a Truth promo (in the middle of a match?) and then Lawler running out there for no apparent reason.

 

Ugh, Lawler/James...........this should make Hall/JJ look like a classic.

Hennig ran in and attacked JJ with the ref out.

 

then the lights went out and Truth was on the screen telling Henning that he was going to beat him tonight...lights came back on

 

Then Lawler and James ran in and out.

 

Then JJ tried to hit Hennig witht he stroke, but Hennig blocked with a kick to the nuts...which led to an Edge and a win for Hall.

Lawler is GREAT at getting the live crowd into his matches.

 

However...the TV audience gets nothing out of it but boredom.
