Seriously, I'd love it for them to kill her..and then bring her back to life with some sort of magic just to kill her again. I'd watch hours of Kate death scenes.

 

I can just picture it now, two TVs side by side. One TV with the 24 hour Kate death channel, and the other TV tuned to the 24 hour Giles channel. I'd piss my pants just so I wouldn't risk missing a second of either one while I was in the bathroom.

 

 

ETA: Hell, if for nothing else, she deserves to die just for the fact that she somehow managed to make the word debrief not be fun anymore.

I kept thinking of Ensign Ro, heh. Considering she betrayed Picard and joined the Marquis I -- oh, wrong show.

 

That's actually one of the reasons why I think she's clean. Ro Laren is arguably her most famous role, so her betrayal on TNG is still in the back of a lot of peoples' minds (like Xander in Air Force One). She's too obvious a choice for a "mole".

 

As for the voice, I think it would be pretty cool if we had a Kiefer/Kevin Bacon Flatliners reunion. I mean, it's not like Bacon is doing anything else these days.

That's probably true. Apparently she was offered roles in both DS9 (which became Kira) and Voyager (which presumably became B'Elanna) but she turned it down. But hell, I still remember Sherry Palmer as Cassidy Yates-Sisko and President Palmer as Pedro Cerrano, so what do I know?

Well, the role was initially offered to her, but she turned it down so that she'd be available to do movies. This doesn't seem to be a widely-known piece of trivia, but it's true.

Good Episode this week I thought.

 

I was on the edge of my seat...err..bed with the Jack stuff, wondering what would happen next, if Jack would shoot him or not, and It got crazy with the guys trying to shoot Jack at the end.

 

It was also good stuff with the Palmer/Mike situation wondering if Mike or Lynee think they should declare war behind the presidents back

It was also good to see that Palmer has a vice president finally lol

 

The Kim stuff even wasnt too bad, and it shows that the riots are starting after the bomb going off.

 

The only bad thing is with next week, Kim admiting she ran away from the cops etc, stupid bitch.

 

CANT WAIT FOR NEXT WEEK!!!!!!!!!!

I'm on Palmer's side of course...is it even a question? From what we know so far, the tape really is a fake. We don't know this for sure, and it could turn out to be a big swerve, but the audience is definitely supposed to be thinking this way. I'm happy to take the writers at face value for this.

The thing is, How is Jack gonna get the proof from this Coral Snake guy? Thats how im wondering, and how long will it take him? Will it be too late and the war already begin?

Bit of a slow episode this week. I like how they are keeping people guessing about the Michelle/Pam thing. So, my guess is that Michelle and that guy were macking it, but Pam stole him? That's what I got.

 

I'm on Palmer's side, of course. Now that they keep showing it though, it seems as if either Mike or Lynne is a heel.

 

Kim and Chavo was good, with them showing that Kim actually has the vaginal fortitude to take a risk that big (escaping)

 

Jack and whats-his-name-in-the-warehouse was solid. I wanted to hear Jack's answer to 'Are you a natural killer?'

 

So, next week, Jack's got Kate firing a gun, along with the nosy guy.

 

My predictions:

 

Nosy guy gets killed, Kate gets captured, and Jack has to track her down. Person behind it all: Lady that Nina was talking to in the finale or Nina herself.

I'm gonna say I'd be on Palmer's side with this one because he knows its probably a good idea to get on board with the star of the show.

 

My question is this: Pretty much EVERYBODY is expecting one of the prominent figures on the show right now to "turn heel." My question is: what if nobody actually flips sides? What if everybody that claims loyalty to Palmer actually IS loyal?

 

Odds are, this won't happen, but do you think everybody will be pissed and feel like they've been let down?

Yeah, trying to figure out who the heels are is just icing. I'm just determined not to be stabbed in the back by the writers again! But as long as the intensity remains high, I'll be happy.

Nina as the heel last season. It just sucks when you root for a character, then they turn out to be something completely different. I'm glad that I only saw that season over a 2-week period or so (the DVDs), and not on TV, otherwise I'd REALLY have been pissed.
