I'm wondering what Jack does next week to get the feds to turn their guns on him. I was shaking when he had the gun to the back of Nina's head. I wonder what he's done now...
Guest areacode212 Posted December 13, 2002 Report Posted December 13, 2002 For those of you who care, La Femme Nikita Season One (from the creators of 24) is supposedly coming to DVD in May. I've never seen the show (I'm only familiar with the Luc Besson movie). Is it nearly as good as 24?

Did anyone else cheer for Nina when she triumphantly said "Everything", then slashed the terrorist's throat? Yeah, I've been enjoying her whimpering and cowering scenes a LOT, but I was happy to finally see her get the upper hand. That was totally badass. I was hoping for more of a reaction from her when Kief was telling his Teri story though.

Damn, Looks like they made sure the BEST episode was this week so it makes people cant wait for 3 weeks... When I mean this one was the best, I mean like all the things finally spiced up, The reporter coming out with the bomb story, The Bomb in the truck, The Airplane Explosion, OMG I CANT WAIT 3 WEEKS!!!

Somehow, I think the plane crashes, Nina is killed, and Jack manages to make it out but now has no clue what to do since Nina was the only one that new anything.

Does ANYONE know a place I can find the episodes short of Kazaa? I've had a lot of trouble getting bad copies off of there. Tonight's episode was amazing, and I felt like the clips from next week's episode would be spoilery too...but they're all disjointed, and nothing's ever what it seems on 24 anyway. ::twitch:: Want mooore...

There are about a billion (or at least a few dozen) packs of CODECS, whatever the hell those are, on the internet. After I got an episode of the first season with no picture, the guy I got it from recommended I search for the "Unified Codecs Pack". I downloaded and installed it, haven't had a problem since.

I ran Dskchk on them (in XP) and it cut them down to anywhere from 3-80 megs, meaning my episodes were now between 10 seconds and 10 minutes long. It has been, to put it lightly, weird. Especially since I have a perfectly working copy of 9AM to 10AM, while the others self-destructed.
