Guest Black Tiger Posted October 30, 2002 Report Posted October 30, 2002 From Strong Style Spirit: Hiroyoshi Tenzan formally challenged the winner of the Yuji Nagata vs. Manabu Nakanishi IWGP Heavyweight Title match on 12/15 in Nagoya to a match. Tenzan said that Chono & Nakanishi have had their turns and now it’s time for him. Hell yeah! He has no hope in hell of winning the title unless Nakanishi somehow gets by Nagata, but at least the match will kick ass.
EL DANDY~! Posted October 30, 2002 Report Posted October 30, 2002 Oh man...I really hope that regardless, NJPW gives Tenzan a chance to run with the title. He's worked so hard to become such a great wrestler...I hope that somehow, Tenzan wins
Guest PlatypusFool Posted October 31, 2002 Report Posted October 31, 2002 Not right now, he should probly take Nagata to about 45 minutes, and then at his next shot maybe take the belt. Nagata needs to hold the thing for fucking ages right now, and he probly will as Chono is all about the slow build.
