Guest goodhelmet Posted November 13, 2002 Report Posted November 13, 2002 you know, just the fact that the majority of you guys are younger than me and like queen brings a big old smile to my face!! there is still hope for the younger generations!!!
Guest MrRant Posted November 13, 2002 Report Posted November 13, 2002 No order: 1. We Are The Champions 2. Seven Seas Of Ryhe 3. Radio GaGa 4. Princes of the Universe 5. Bohemian Rhapsody
Guest goodhelmet Posted November 14, 2002 Report Posted November 14, 2002 you know, for people who are interested in queen, but don't know much about them, this is a perfect resource for downloading a wide range of styles queen has used over the years. a something for everyone type band!
Guest MrRant Posted November 14, 2002 Report Posted November 14, 2002 I recommend picking up Queen: Greatest Hits 1 & 2. It has pretty much all their best songs and you can get a real feel for the evolution and also on how they could do anything (A Thing Called Love which is Elvis-like is a good example)
Guest Dmann2000 Posted November 14, 2002 Report Posted November 14, 2002 I recommend picking up The Platinum Collection- which has Greatest Hits I, II and III, and retails for like 25.98
Guest goodhelmet Posted November 14, 2002 Report Posted November 14, 2002 while that is true that the greatest hits give a nice overview, there are just too many good songs that weren't 'hits' from queen to leave out. hell, you could probably have released 3/4 of a day at the races as singles and had singles success. the same could be said for the game. an even better idea, if you have access to kazaa, is get a discography of queen and download every fucking song!!!!
Guest welshjerichomark Posted November 15, 2002 Report Posted November 15, 2002 i glad there so are so many queen marks here, my favorites 1)bohemian rhapsody 2)under pressure 3)fat bottomed girls 4)somebody to love 5)ooo this is hard... erm....don't stop me now.
