Guest treble charged Report post Posted November 17, 2002 Damn. I wish I got a Big Show title reign for my birthday.. Oh wait. Last year HHH tore his quad 4 days before my birthday. Better luck next year.. Got you beat: On August 28, 2000 (my 17th birthday) Internet smark favourite Kevin Nash defeated Booker T to win the WCW title. Now, can you dig THAT... ... ... ... SUCKA~!? Guest bob_barron Report post Posted November 18, 2002 THE LIVE REPORT!!!!!! Before the show I met Linda McMahon. She promised a great show, refused to comment on whether Vince was being a genetic jackhammer at home and told me she would give Vince my thanks for Commonwealth Connection v. HurriDust. My seats rocked. The first time I saw the Camber I noticed it was mega-small. Tommy Dreamer got a HUGE pop. Jerry Lawler also got a scary scary mega pop and the crowd chanted his name. William Regal was way over- well where I was sitting. The tables match was great live- Rico's delayed delayed deeeeeeeeelayed moonsault was great- I didnt know it was botched cause I didn't hear him yell to Jeff. The cruiser match had no crowd heat but they worked for it. The crowd liked Kidman's DDP-esque celebration. Trish v. Victoria had a lot of heat but the crowd didnt like the finish. Everyone called Heyman turning when he said client becoming WWF champion. Brock was WAAAAAAAAY over. The crowd loved him and was just pissed when he lost. He seemed to be way over after the match too so his heat wasn't killed. The tag match was dissapointing mainly cause Angle had a front facelock on Rey for about an hour- Rey must've been concussed or something. The Guerreros were hilarious on the apron and kept me entertained. Eliminating Angle/Benoit first was a HUGE mistake. The crowd died right there and never recovered cause well Angle got like one of the loudest face pops of the night. The heat for Harvard was insane. The crowd was chanting 'shut the fuck up' at him. Mattitude got a big pop and everyone thought he was turning face. But Alas. Steiner blew the roof off the place, and the crowd barking at him was great. I called for a Screwdriver but no dice. RNN got mega heat- didn't even hear what he said. Bischoff got a mixed reaction. The chamber was pretty cool- I think RVD was also hurt legit from the *****. I figured HHH was hurt when he rested for a while. Booker was insanely over- the crowd chanting Free Booker T was hilarious. HBK was the most over and the crowd just went nuts when he won. I was sitting near a bunch of women so they were all crying and stuff. After the show- I saw Albert and Stacy Kiebler. Talk about a clash of styles. Show was great live- can't wait for it to come out on DVD
