Guest FeArHaVoC Report post Posted December 16, 2002 William Regal was once known as one of WWE’s most legitimate tough guys, but that reputation seems to be waning in recent months. Regal is already not well liked because of his management leanings, but now he is seen as taking less stiff bumps in the ring. In addition, Regal is often seen in the trainer’s room getting muscles worked on. Kevin Nash, who’s rehab has gone slower than expected, is still considered to appear at Wrestlemania. Rumors for Nash’s match could be agasint HHH or Shawn Michaels. Nash, however, is more likely to return to WWE as Big Daddy Cool Diesel than as himself, or as part of another nWo concept. If Nash returns as Diesel, it will be an internal admission that the nWo name and gimmick is dead and is worth less than the older, less tainted Diesel persona. Credit: Pro Wrestling Torch Newsletter The Christopher Nowinski/Maven match which was added to the Armageddon card on Friday was pulled from the show due to time constraints. It is still unknown right now whether Triple H was actually hurt during his Armageddon match with Shawn Michaels, or whether he simply booked himself to appear hurt so that when he won, it came off as more impressive. As reported earlier, WWE is making a serious push to get Goldberg to come in and headline WrestleMania against The Rock. WrestleMania is booked for the 70,000 seat SafeCo Field in Seattle and with business as bad as it is, WWE knows that it won't come close to filling that arena without a match as big as Rock/Goldberg. WWE and Goldberg have had talks and Goldberg is considering the offer. He is said to be considering the offer to headline 'Mania with the Rock more seriously than any other offer WWE has given him. Some believe that WWE has even offered him an extremely limited contract incase he does not want to sign a full time deal. Many in WWE were shocked that Rob Van Dam was not on the Armageddon PPV last night and could not come up with a logical reason as to why he wasn't on the show. Of course, the general feeling backstage is that RVD wasn't on the show because certain other talents are trying to keep potential stars down. Matt Hardy has a swollen eye due to Chuck Palumbo actually landing a legit punch in their match at the 12/14 house show in Jacksonville, FL. Guest Vern Gagne Report post Posted December 16, 2002 -veiled accusations at HHH with no sources listed? Check - When does the Torch, Observer, or 1wrestling ever reveal their source? They just say your sources tell us, or people backstage are saying. Every single website has stories of HHH being a cancer backstage. After how many stories from various sources are the people who refuse to believe these reports, going to reliaze the reports are true.

Guest razazteca Report post Posted December 16, 2002 it just shows that Chucky is not professional as he can not keep his temper in check. All the little things add up to the sloppiness of Jungle Boy, get rid of him. Never liked him never will, send him to WWA That's just speculation. It was probably just accidental. That stuff happens from time-to-time. I have not seen any evidence of Chuck being sloppy in his TV matches.
