Zetterberg is God 0 Report post Posted December 19, 2002 Jason Cross won the Gauntlet Storm and Harris won the three-way dance BG James won the street fight over the Truth Lo-Ki Daniels and Skipper won a very good match over the SAT's and Amazing Red Plus the LOD and David Flair did run ins and there was more Russo crap
Guest bravesfan Report post Posted December 19, 2002 To sum up the last 10 minutes of the show: --Skipper, Low-Ki and Daniels seems to have joined SE:X (Russo's group) --Hennig saves Red from a SE:X beatdown, with the weakest punches ever thrown. --David Flair makes an appearance, joins SE:X. Beats up Hennig. --Jarrett makes save for Hennig. --Hennig throws some weak chair shots. --A.J. Styles joins SE:X, tears up Jarrett while Skipper/Daniels put him through a table --Russo tears down NWA:TNA marquee. So now, Sports Entertainment Xtreme consists of the Vince Russo, The Harrises, BG James, David Flair, Elix Skipper, Daniels, Low-Ki and A.J. Styles. I loathed that overdramatized ending to that 6-man...way too many 2-counts and finisher spots to make the average fan care.
Zetterberg is God 0 Report post Posted December 19, 2002 I loathed that overdramatized ending to that 6-man...way too many 2-counts and finisher spots to make the average fan care. I agree but it was still a good match. There were some minor flaws like all the kick-outs but this match made up easily for the fact that Low-Ki, Daniels and Skipper weren't in the Gauntlet. Guest Slapnuts00 Report post Posted December 19, 2002 I liked the 6 man tag! It's action like that, that I pay for, not Russo and friends running in every 2 seconds. The crowd was hot, the Maximos were doing a good job playing to them, West was going nuts and LO KI IS BACK!

Guest RedJed Report post Posted December 19, 2002 I don't see how those last 10 or so minutes of that six man match should be critizised for "too many near falls." Give me a break, the fans in the arena were glued to that match, as was I with all of those near falls. And then to complain about too many finisher spots as well.........huh? I don't see what "the average fan" would want then, anyone care to explain? Just for the record, that was easily one of the better put together main events in the companies history, IMO. Right up there with the first Killings-Jarrett match. Everyone in that match gave 110 percent, and you can't ask for anything more than what they gave, period.
