Guest thetrendsetter Report post Posted December 20, 2002 What's your favorite 80's songs?
Guest Incandenza Report post Posted December 20, 2002 Well, if you're talking about 80s music of the Velveeta variety, it's either "Seperate Ways" by Journey, or Night Ranger's "Sister Christian." Outside of that, I can't be bothered to pick just one, but I'm sure it was either performed by Elvis Costello or the Smiths.

Guest notJames Report post Posted December 20, 2002 Too many to name. I cut my musical teeth on the mid-to-late 80s New Wave/Modern Rock movement, especially the more obscure (to the US) bands like Icicle Works, Depeche Mode, OMD, Smiths, Joy Division/New Order, B-52s, Modern English, Howard Jones, XTC, and even more established bands like the Go-Gos, U2 and Devo who had many more great songs other than what they played on the radio. If it wasn't for Long Island's WDRE, I probably would have ended up listening to crap like Bon Jovi.

Guest JangoFett4Hire Report post Posted December 23, 2002 Ya Haircut 100 were ahead of their time. A multi-cultural band with diverse musical influences led by a lanky white guy. Hmmm, if only they were around 10 years later, they would have struck gold...
