Guest dreamer420 Posted December 23, 2002 Report Posted December 23, 2002 At 10:30 AM on Saturday morning December 21 I informed my friend and XPW booker, Shane Douglas via telephone that I regrettably would no longer be working with XPW for reasons both parties have agreed not to disclose publicly. In exchange for resigning my announcing duties on such short notice, I have returned to XPW all of the payments I have received from them as I had not deposited any of their checks. Therefore, XPW received my announcing services for one live event and three weeks of television gratis. In addition, XPW has a video featuring my likeness and performance which they can and will sell. I hold no ill will toward XPW and I hope the feeling is mutual. They're indy workers that need exposure, and they have worked for more than just CZW. Hell, they're more well-known as backyard wrestlers than they are for CZW workers. That said, I look forward to purchasing XPW Merry F'N X-Mas 2002, as M-Dogg and Josh Prohibition are on it, and I've liked the very little work I've seen from them ("Best of BYW" tapes) a lot.

What amazes me is that a site like 411 or LOP doesn't have anyone on their staff with a 1wrestling.com subscription so they can put up "premium" stuff on their message board and get more hits. Dames

Basically on the "hotline" he just read the release 1wrestling.com had up on thier newsline and ended it with saying he doesn't know where his future in the wrestling business with lie as well as his status with 1wrestling.com. Seems like Joey wants to get out of the business.
