The ONE and ONLY 12/26/02 Smackdown thread...

Recommended Posts

Am I the only one who can actually enjoy a hoss match, I mean really.

I enjoy SOME hosses.

Taker and Hogan, I enjoy.

Test is all right I guess.

Some I don't enjoy though.

I like hoss matches sometimes. Heck, I have even enjoyed the Big Show on occasion.

Big Show plays his heel role well, even if his matches suck and he's been booked as champ out of nowhere.

As opposed to HHH, who can't decide if he's heel, face, or tweener.

Wait, since when is Hogan a hoss?

He's over 6'5, and he's close to 300 pounds

That's almost Hoss-level, isn't it?

I don't know, I don't think he's a hoss. He's just, Hogan, to me anyhow.

Why is Steph a heel now by the way? It doesn't make sense to me, having a heel owner and a heel major manager at the same time.

HHH is just there.

And that's bad enough.

Well...it's the Big Show. This should be a good charismatic duel by two of the masters.

Hmm...ever notice that Paul Heyman and Penn Gillette (from the magic team of Penn and Teller) look VERY similar?

Note: I pointed that out to Chris first. :P Penn looks like a younger Heyman, and even the voice is kinda similar.

I really am a huge TBS fan right now, he's becoming just what he should have been years ago. Why it took WWE so long to beging molding him, you've got me.

Am I the only one who wishes that we could have seen TBS stand next to Andre the Giant? I mean, Andre was huge, but TBS is just that much taller...

...it would blow me away.

Oh God yes, BENOIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hehehehe...yeah, that would have been interesting, to say the least.

I just wonder...with Vince's love for hosses, would he have made Big Show and Andre the Tag team Champions together?

THERE'S a Collossal Connection for you!

I wonder if Benoit remembers Show beating him in under a minute back at a Clash of Champions in 1997.

I still think he'd look, move, and wrestle infinitely better if he looked like he did way back when he was the Giant in WCW. However, he's not as bad as I figured he'd be in this role.

SHOW didn't beat Benoit in under a minute in 1997...

THE GIANT beat Benoit in under a minute in 1997
