I haven't seen anything much higher praise than "he sucks." Remember also that guys in WWE usually start out not quite as good as they were before the WWE before they get their move sets limited. At least give it time to see his debut, how he performs, and his first match and the such. We don't know how he'll be used, or anything really. He's signed to a WWE contract, he WILL be on our TV's soon.
