Guest The Mighty Damaramu Posted January 21, 2003 Report Posted January 21, 2003 You know once I stepped back and looked at Kane for a bit I realized that he is the best hoss in the WWE. Then I noticed that politics were starting to turn there ugly head towards him and I started to feel for the big guy. So I've developed into a Kane fan over the last few months so to speak. And tonight I was hoping that he and RVD would say something about Kane's outsmarting of RVD or anything. Or maybe Kane would save RVD from Jeff Hardy's heel turn. But there was no Kane on the show! The man was in the final four of the Rumble and he wasn't even on the show! Anybody know where he was?

I just suggest getting the gimp outfit off of him, get rid of the humor, and make him darker and dangerous.......hmm.....umm.....i guess i'm kinda saying i want the old Kane back.

What happened to wearing the Psych Ward shirts or whatnot? I can't stand when wrestlers wear other wrestlers' shirts in a non-mocking manner.

Tommy was wearing a WWE shirt and the probably stopped him and were like "Hey you! Wear this HBK shirt so that nobody forgets about him!" Damn how'd he get a concussion? I hope he's alright.

Yuna_Firerose Posted January 21, 2003 Report Posted January 21, 2003 I think both Kane and HBK were injured.... credit: beyondwrestling.com: Kane suffered a mild concussion at the Royal Rumble PPV. He was knocked out during the match and had to be helped up by The Undertaker at one point. He was given the night off on RAW last night because of it. Bill DeMott suffered what was believed to be a broken left arm when he got tangled in the ropes. Tests on Monday revealed that it was only muscle damage. He did wrestle in a tag team match at the Poughkeepsie house show last night. When Tommy Dreamer hit Chris Jericho with the cane at the Royal Rumble, the cane accidentally came around and hit Jericho in the forehead, right above the nose, in between the eyebrows. The joke going around the lockeroom yesterday was that he had three eyes. The wound took six stitches to close. Speaking of Tommy Dreamer, he was busted open when he was hit with a trash can. The gash would have taken about two stitches to close, but Dreamer elected to pass on that. HBK lost a lot of blood during the Royal Rumble match as well. He was going to take some stitches, but the training room backstage was so busy that he just used bandages to stop the bleeding. Edge landed in an awkward way on Christopher Nowinski at the Royal Rumble causing his nose to bust open. At RAW on Monday, Nowinski was said to be feeling OK.
