Guest Lord of The Curry Posted January 21, 2003 Report Posted January 21, 2003 I've got a feeling that if the WWE is ever gonna pull off some trades between Raw and Smackdown they should do it within the next few weeks to allow the tradees time to build feuds properly for WrestleMania. So, in your opinion who needs to be freshened up and switch brands? My vote goes to RVD to Smackdown for Edge to Raw. Both guys have pretty much been through everybody on their roster (a few times over in some cases) and could really use this. RVD would benefit from this more then Edge as he would get to work with Benoit, Angle and Lesnar as opposed to 3 Minute Warning and HHH. In my dream world I'd have Edge go to Raw and feud with HHH for the World Title, going over at Mania. RVD would make a good layover opponent for Angle or Benoit before the Angle/Brock/Benoit program heats up for SummerSlam. Of course, the Kane heel turn on RVD is just around the corner and they'll probably feud up until 'Mania soooooo.......
Guest Spaceman Spiff Posted January 21, 2003 Report Posted January 21, 2003 Helms needs to go back to SD.
Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Posted January 21, 2003 Report Posted January 21, 2003 Amen to that. I would trade Edge to RAW and turn him heel and have him feud with RVD.
Guest Vern Gagne Posted January 21, 2003 Report Posted January 21, 2003 Why was Helms traded to Raw in the first place? I wouldn't mind RVD or Booker T. going to Smackdown, but more likely it would be for Rikishi, and B2.
Guest AndrewTS Posted January 21, 2003 Report Posted January 21, 2003 Why was Helms traded to Raw in the first place? I wouldn't mind RVD or Booker T. going to Smackdown, but more likely it would be for Rikishi, and B2. To win the tag titles with Kane, then get beaten up so Kane could retain the titles BY HIMSELF and look strong to job to Triple H the mannequin fucker. Go figure...
Guest Lord of The Curry Posted January 22, 2003 Report Posted January 22, 2003 And the only reason they moved Helsm was because the intended team was Bradshaw and Kane but Bradshaw decided to go and tear his fuckin bicep tendon. Yet another thing we can blame that goofy ol' hoss for.....
Zetterberg is God Posted January 22, 2003 Report Posted January 22, 2003 I wouldn't mind RVD or Booker T. going to Smackdown, but more likely it would be for Rikishi, and B2. Raw wouldn't even be worth watching at all, period. They need to keep the only real face challenger for HHH on Raw. Getting rid of Booker T would leave no one left for HHH, seeing how he has beaten every other face on Raw.
Guest Mole Posted January 22, 2003 Report Posted January 22, 2003 Booker T for Benoit. Benoit than can feud with Triple-Juice for the World title. Booker T can feud with just about anyone on the Smackdown roster.
Guest EternallyLazy Posted January 22, 2003 Report Posted January 22, 2003 In a perfect world... where HHH would put Benoit over, then yes that would be a great idea But we don't live in such a world...
Guest Lord of The Curry Posted January 22, 2003 Report Posted January 22, 2003 I live in a world where Chris Benoit, Kurt Angle and Eddy Guerrero need to be on the same show. I don't care if Benoit goes over, the negatvies totally outweigh the positives of him going to Raw.
Guest Agent of Oblivion Posted January 22, 2003 Report Posted January 22, 2003 Benoit needs to stay as far away from Raw as possible. Moving him there would kill all the heat his feud with Angle has gotten him.
Guest Dmann2000 Posted January 22, 2003 Report Posted January 22, 2003 Booker T and Goldust should be traded to Smackdown for.....well I'm not sure who but they need to so they can fued with Team Angle, otherwise why have them be eliminated from the Rumble by Team Angle. Say what you will about Test/Jericho but at least they can HAVE a fued cause they're on the same show.
bobobrazil1984 Posted January 22, 2003 Report Posted January 22, 2003 Booker and Goldust for Big Show and A-Train. Heyman can blather on about how his guys are going to conquer both shows or whatever. It could make a bit of sense since Eric doesn't like BookerDust and Steph doesn't like Heyman, so they trade and in Vince's eye its probably an equal trade, and everybody's happy, especially me.
