Edge, A-Train in the doghouse

Brock still sucks in the ring and on the mic, but he's over for some inexplicable reason.

And THAT'S what counts in the end.

I'm sorry if i caused the thread to veer off topic

I agree he sucks on the mic AS. He neeeds to go back to only saying a few words at a time and not cutting whole promos.

Maybe Teddy Long can work both shows

Well, blood doesn't really add to my ratings, so I'd say about a star and a half, so I think I'm on par with your ratings. Sorry, that match just bored the hell out of me and you could could have plugged ANY green guy out of OVW and had the same match or better. I was not impressed.

Although it blew the shit out of the Kane/HHH suckfest earlier in the evening. Half of H's offense were neckbreakers and he couldn't even do a convincing EYE POKE!!

And yes, Brock's promo sucked. I was begging to hear Edge call him a dork.

Blood doesn't affect my ratings. I'll need to see the match again, maybe I mis-judged.

Well, it had the psychology going for it, and Heyman getting choked is always fun to see, but when all you do it pound on the arm the whole damn match, and only put a few interesting looking moves in between. Like, I think he did one belly to belly suplex and the F-5, and that was about it. Other than that and Taker's offense, it was rather dull.

Also, two guys as ground based as them kinda have no need to be in a HIAC match together.

They should seriously not do any Hell in a Cell matches for at least another year, maybe two. Let the gimmick become that ultimate, "He didn't just say THAT, did he?" gimmick match.

But about Edge and A-Train...all I can say is that if this story is true and EDGE is being blamed, than professional wrestling is officially the most ridiculous business on earth. It's worse than Hollywood. I mean, how the hell do you blame the only guy who even sorta made the angle watchable?

First of all, it was a rushed feud with no kind of foreshadowing or buildup. Albert hurt Rey, and like two weeks later he and Edge fought at the PPV. The "buildup" consisted of some tag matches with Big Show and, like, one backstage segment. What did they expect? And seeing as Albert has had just one good match in his whole WWE career, are they saying everyone on the roster aside from Kane is a disappointment?

Albert had never been able to get over. Bottom line. He's feuded with Undertaker/Kane while 'Taker was the No. 1 or 2 babyface in the promotion; he's been put with Trish Stratus for the "Stacy/Test" rub; he's held the 2nd-biggest belt in the fed (IC title); he's been put in TWO tag teams to hide his weaknesses; he's been given the "maybe the kids'll like him" push as the Hip Hop Hippo; they've covered his body hair; they uncovered it in hopes of the "unique look" heat; NOTHING WORKS. HE SUCKS. Don't blame Edge for that.
