It's not so much that you shouldn't joke about it in the "haw haw" sense, it's that some of you are getting kinda disgusting here. Haven't heard whether he was limping or not.

Guest oldschoolwrestling Posted January 29, 2003 Report Posted January 29, 2003 The general feeling on Jones in the locker room so far is that he is something of a primadonna and needs to show more respect to his fellow wrestlers and be more appreciative of the push he is getting. There is definitely a feeling that the guy has not paid his dues and is getting more TV time than he deserves at this point, and that doesn't even take into account that the consensus is that his ring work leaves lot to be desired. 1wrestling.com

Oh god, he got some vignettes that have run like 30 seconds a show for the last three weeks. How could he possible get less television time without not being on the show? Funaki gets more television time at the moment. And all this 'push' doesn't mean a thing if he gets beaten by Rikishi in his debut. Wrestlers are the biggest damn whiners ever.

Hell, he hasn't wrestled on TV yet. No one is stupid enough to complain about the push of a wrestler who hasn't made his debut yet.
Guest oldschoolwrestling Posted January 29, 2003 Report Posted January 29, 2003 He hasn't wrestled but he has gotten a part of every show whether it be Raw or Smackdown. Same with Stone Cold. He hasn't wrestled in over 6 months yet he's the talk of the town right now. I would consider that a push. He just got a friggin "My Sacrifice" video. I would consider that a push over someone like Benoit, who didn't get one when he came back.
