Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Report post Posted February 12, 2003 From the observer site: This looks to be the No Way Out PPV line-up after the angles last night: *Rock vs. Hulk Hogan *Steve Austin vs. Eric Bischoff *HHH vs. Scott Steiner for Raw title *Brock Lesnar & Chris Benoit & Edge vs. Kurt Angle & Shelton Benjamin & Charlie Haas *Chris Jericho vs. Test *Undertaker vs. Big Show *Billy Kidman vs. Matt Hardy for cruiserweight title Let me think...something is missing. I assume Booker T will get a match with Batista to add to the show...and they really should do a womens match now that Jazz is back. Who else is missing from this ppv card? I know it's someone. Someone who hosted from the World the ppv after injuring HHH last time. The same someone who injured HHH with an elbow to the thigh before this ppv. Good lord...why can't I remember his name. Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Report post Posted February 12, 2003 Also Los Guerreros get the dick this month too. Thanks for all the great matches on TV guys...why don't you two sit the big monthly pay day out.
Guest CanadianChick Report post Posted February 12, 2003 Rey Rey is missing too...
Guest Samurai_Goat Report post Posted February 12, 2003 Where's Albert?!?
Guest Will Scarlet Report post Posted February 12, 2003 Wow. Sounds like a terrible card. I guess they are REALLY banking on the rubes buying it for Austin and Rock/Hogan.

Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Report post Posted February 12, 2003 as it stands now: Misterio RVD Eddy Chavo Booker and Noble are all off... and Bischoff, Hogan, Test, Big Show and Steiner are on. ... WWE hates you.
cawthon777 0 Report post Posted February 12, 2003 I say (and yes, I'm aware that I'm just a simple fan that doesn't know what is good for him), hold off Taker vs. Show until Mania. Then put some quality wrestlers in their place at No Way Out.
Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Report post Posted February 12, 2003 I agree. It beats having Taker go over someone good in his Mania match.
Guest Angle-plex Report post Posted February 12, 2003 At least Test is on this PPV~! ::doesn't order::
EL DANDY~! 0 Report post Posted February 12, 2003 This is uncalled for...it truly is...I mean, you leave off Rey (over), RVD (VERY over), Eddy (getting himself over BY HIMSELF), Chavo (basking in the glory his uncle is currently giving him), Noble (who's been given NO direction and is a great talent), and Booker (the man who should face HHH at WM) and you expect fans to appreciate the likes of
Guest Rob Edwards Report post Posted February 12, 2003 Seeing as Taker is going over every new guy on tv at the moment I don't think that's going to make any differance
Guest treble charged Report post Posted February 12, 2003 Well, there IS a Cruiserweight title match this month (first time since Survivor Series) and Kane is someone else who doesn't have a match.
Guest Space_Cowboy Report post Posted February 12, 2003 I wouldn't be surprised to see Jazz vs Trish or something like that added, it'd almost certainly be better than most matches currently on the card anyway.
Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Report post Posted February 12, 2003 I guess they could throw on some kind of RAW tag team match that could include RVD/Kane, the Dudleys and Storm/Regal in it. That still screws over 3 of the best workers on the roster (Eddy, Noble and Rey).
Guest CanadianChick Report post Posted February 12, 2003 It's interesting that there haven't been any tag matches announced for the Raw side. You never know, RVD/Kane could get thrown in one of those, which would suck but it'd be better than the World, right?
Guest Angle-plex Report post Posted February 12, 2003 Maybe we can see RVD/Kane vs 3 Minute Warning for the 329473249723 time~!
Guest bob_barron Report post Posted February 12, 2003 I think they're gonna do RVD/Kane v. Commonwealth Connection to set up Evolution v. RVD/Kane at WM
Guest Rob Edwards Report post Posted February 12, 2003 It's almost getting to the stage where it's actually worth presenting from the world just to get a bit of ppv tv time
Guest Angle-plex Report post Posted February 12, 2003 *Rock vs. Hulk Hogan *Steve Austin vs. Eric Bischoff *HHH vs. Scott Steiner for Raw title *Brock Lesnar & Chris Benoit & Edge vs. Kurt Angle & Shelton Benjamin & Charlie Haas *Chris Jericho vs. Test *Undertaker vs. Big Show *Billy Kidman vs. Matt Hardy for cruiserweight title Heh. At least 4 matches have a hoss in them, and 2 of those match are 100% hoss. And another match features a non-wrestler. And Hogan is old.
cawthon777 0 Report post Posted February 12, 2003 As far as RVD / Kane ... a few weeks ago I was pushing for one to turn on the other which would lead to a WrestleMania bout ... but now I'm very luke warm after seeing their bout on Raw a while back.
Guest Goodear Report post Posted February 12, 2003 Noble really isn't that much better than any other of the good cruiserweights on the roster so I really wouldn't miss him a bit if I was the type to actually order PPVs anymore. But no Guerreros? Why hotshot the belts to Team Angle then if they aren't going to defend the belts this pay per view anyway. The Guerreros could at least drag a match out of Cena and a partner to be named later... instead we get nothing. Whooo hoooo. Hogan I can understand since he's way over and Bischoff should get wiped out in 15 seconds if there is a God. Steiner is a bust ... I have nothing against Test ... and Big Show is just fodder for The Undertaker anyway.
Guest CanadianChick Report post Posted February 12, 2003 As far as RVD / Kane ... a few weeks ago I was pushing for one to turn on the other which would lead to a WrestleMania bout ... but now I'm very luke warm after seeing their bout on Raw a while back. You mean the one from last week? I thought it was fine for what it was. I wasn't expecting a miracle or anything... Anyways, I wouldn't mind RVD/Kane at WM, at least Rob would actually have a meaningful feud instead of just being thrown in the opener to excite the crowd. Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Report post Posted February 12, 2003 I'm not opposed to RVD/Kane feud either. Better than RVD predicting the winner of the epic HHH/Steiner rematch from NYC
Guest The Hamburglar Report post Posted February 12, 2003 Hey peoples, I only get Raw on Friday, so should I bother recording it? I usually don't bother with Raw, but this one seems to have "worst Raw ever" possibilities. Is it worth recording to laugh at the shittyness or is it too pathetic even for that? I have RVD/Kane vs Three Minute Warning pegged as an early contender for worst match of the year. Anyhoo, I'm watching No Way Out for Rock-Hogan and the Smackdown tag. I want to glory in Rock's sheer evil.
Guest CanadianChick Report post Posted February 12, 2003 Raw wasn't too bad. And RVD/Kane vs. 3 Minute Warning was too short to be considered a worst match of the year candidate and even if it was longer, it was still decent.
Guest Rob Edwards Report post Posted February 12, 2003 From the reviews I've read it sounded terrible, if I didn't have to do coverage of it I'd probably avoid it
Guest raptor Report post Posted February 12, 2003 I think it'd be easy enough to have Big Show be a dick and get out of his match with 'Taker, thus adding more to the fued itself, as well as a spot for another match: Rey vs. Noble in a #1 Contenders match for Mania (hopefully building to Matt vs. Rey) Add Los Guerreros and Thugenomics to the multi-tag, and do one big chaotic shmoz to pump up the crowd for the lacking HHH vs. Steiner. RVD/Kane/Booker vs. Commonwealth/Batista (although two multi-tags would be pushing it). If that falls through, put either RVD/Kane vs. Commonwealth or Booker vs. Batistia in a #1 contender thing. Jazz vs. Victoria (would be kind of heatless, but could build to a nice Trish/Jazz match at Mania) What about Nathan Jones and O' Haire? Will they debut in time for Mania, or will they make an impact at the PPV? Spanky? Nova?
Guest Brian Report post Posted February 12, 2003 Noble's in the doghouse and he'll never get to do what he can, like in HWA.
