They may have been terrible decisions...but hey, at least I get where they were coming from. However, most WCW tag title reigns from the NWO arrival on made no sense

I just got that match on tape, and the crowd went apeshit when Garvin got the pin. Then they went even more apeshit when Flair got it back at Starrcade

Mideon was handed the belt because he asked for it. This way, they were able to reactivate the belt and put D'Lo over by beating Mideon for it at FL '99, which in turn led to his Eurocontinental Title reign. Jarrett giving the Euro Title to Henry was just an excuse for Jarrett to focus his Chyna feud around the more prestigious IC title while giving Henry and D'Lo something at stake in their feud.
