What no backup story of Sean O'Haire on how he got a personality, after years of having to carry Chuck Palumbo to good matches or his early days as the basketball player gimmick on WCW Saturday Night.....or was that Jinjrak? Does it really matter? Or an update of Kanyon vs Undertaker? Because I remember Undertaker holding Kanyon down during the INVASION.

In what looks to be the opener of Velocity, Shannon Moore goes at it with some indy guy. On paper, some indy guy should go down like all the indy guys do on Velocity, though this particular indy guy is lucky enough to be facing Shannon Moore. As we all know, Moore has not had a win in like forever, going down to tough losses in recent weeks to the likes of Bill DeMott and a masked guy known as the Jet. Will Shannon Moore break his long losing streak here? Or will some indy guy prove his worth by being the latest to defeat the youngster? It happens tonight on Velocity! Bill DeMott faces Funaki Bill DeMott fans the world over wept this week at the announcement of their favourite wrestler being relegated to the B-Show Velocity, thus meaning they would not be able to see "The Bully" squash a cruiserweight on Smackdown this week. Alas, the WWE obviously needed the ratings for Velocity this week and decided that a Bill DeMott match would easily draw in his legion of fans to watch the show. This week he faces Funaki, obviously looking for revenge for having to job to DeMott on Smackdown like a month ago. Surely, Funaki shall better prepared to deal with The Bully and his devastating armbars and power bombs that leave wrestling fans everywhere in awe, begging for more. Can Funaki pull the upset or will DeMott's trail of terror and bullydom continue? Finally, for the Cruiserweight belt, we have Kidman vs. Noble. The PPV rematches continue on Velocity A few weeks ago, Dawn Marie and Torrie Wilson wowed wrestling fans by putting on a five star mat wrestling clinic on Velocity, and, last week, Edge and Albert went at it in a physically intense battle. This week, we have Kidman vs. Noble, a rematch from some PPV Noble was on a roll for many months before he suffered a shocking loss to Kidman on some PPV. He then proceeded to start a huge losing streak losing to stars such as Tajiri and being squashed, along with his cousin, Nunzio, by Bill "Bully" DeMott. He has since been on a winning streak on Velocity beating indy guys better known as American Dragon and Nova. Meanwhile, Kidman is bringing his wealth of charisma to Velocity this week as he continues his path towards facing Mattitude at No Way Out. Will Noble throw a wrench in Kidman's PPV plans? Tune into Velocity to find out!

Did they just abondon it.....They should let him wrestle under a mask with guys trying to unmask him on Velocity while he is on Smackdown as Brian Kendrick trying to get a "job" on Smackdown.

I think it was just a running gag, because he wrestled as Diamondback in Phoenix (Arizona Diamondbacks), and he wrestled as River Rat in Albany (They have a hockey team called the River Rats.)
