Top 5 Elvis Costello songs (inspired by the book High Fidelity):

5.) The demo version of "Riot Act," featured as the last LISTED song on the Rykodisc Get Happy!! reissue.

4.) "Less Than Zero"

3.) "Shipbuilding"

2.) "Lipstick Vogue"

1.) "I Want You"

This is subject to change as I jog my memory.

EDIT: Okay, let's replace "Less Than Zero" with "Oliver's Army" and bump "Watching the Detectives" up to the #1 spot. Actually..."Radio Radio" deserves to be on the list. Let's try this again:

5.) "Oliver's Army"

4.) "Shipbuilding"

3.) "Radio Radio"

2.) "I Want You"

1.) "Watching the Detectives"

I love "Shipbuilding." Really, really love it.

As far as The Clash is concerned, I'd certainly put "White Man In Hammersmith Palais" and "Complete Control" on there, at the expense of "The Magnificient Seven," which I don't care for one way or the other.

Actually I haven't seen Video Days, but I will try to. I give Jason Lee all the credit in the world as a skater, but it's not really his chosen craft. Anymore.

You'll love Video Days...I was a rollerblader when I first saw it...it converted me to skateboarding.

It's damn near impossible to find on VHS or anything like that. I saw it off Kazaa, so that's probably the best place.

Seriously IDRM, Lee was a GOD. He skated professionally for years before he became an actor. I can vouch for Blind Days as an incredible skate video. Spike Jonze directed it. As much as I loved Lee's session in that video, Marciano's was unreal.
