Guest HollywoodSpikeJenkins Report post Posted March 2, 2003 J-Love called out Pogo the Clown, whom attacked her in Philadelphia, PA at the start of the My Bloody Valentine Tour. She berated him, asking why he would attack her when all she wanted was a bodyguard. J-Love called him names until he knocked her down, slammed her down, and hit the Buried in the Basement. Pogo then put on her lei and pranced around the ring mocking her. 2 Lucha Guys with Masks defeated Scorpio Sky & Quicksilver Euro Title Tournament (2nd Round) : Super Crazy defeated Chris Candido Vic Grimes (w/ Lucy) defeated the debuting Raven Southern Comfort defeated Mexico's Most Wanted XPW King of the Deathmatch Supreme defeated Justice Pain Ian Rotten interfered after the match, setting up a no-rope barbed wire Deathmatch for Saturday, March 1st, 2003. Guest geniusMoment Report post Posted March 2, 2003 Sounds like another crappy show in a seemingly endless streak of shit put on by a promotion that should be shot at sunrise.

Guest CoreyLazarus416 Report post Posted March 2, 2003 Just EMAX, and me for the old gimmicks of "White Trash" Johnny Webb and Homeless Jimmy. Say what you will about their talent (specifically Jimmy, because Webb is okay), but the gimmicks were entertaining crap.
Mecha Mummy 0 Report post Posted March 2, 2003 I don't hate XPW. I just think it's ridiculous that they're jobbing someone like Raven in his debut match to Vic Grimes.
Guest Zack Malibu Report post Posted March 2, 2003 Hey, I like XPW to an extent. While I'll be the first to tell you that Supreme vs. Vic Grimes isn't my idea of a ***** contest, I do find enjoyment in guys like Shane Douglas, Kaos, and Super Crazy, and Youthanazia. JustJoe2k5 0 Report post Posted March 2, 2003 I'm not huge fan of XPW, but I do follow it. I like most of the roster, and if you notice the Friday night shows are always worse than the Saturday night shows that follow them. I've heard that last night's show was a whole lot better and there was about 500 people there. There were about 300 people at the Friday night show.

Guest EMAXSAUN Report post Posted March 2, 2003 From Reports both nights had a good crowd, just check out the video clips on their site. The reports were that the first nights show was only Ok, but the 2nd nights show blew night 1 out of the water. The venue does look like a piece of shit though. Attendance reports were varying everywhere. Some people said 700-1000, but that was a load of bs, friday nights had around 500, and saturday had around 600 is what ive heard. Chunk 0 Report post Posted March 7, 2003 How did jonny perform? I saw some pictures, and I found it funny how super crazy wore a CMLL t shirt out to the ring. Im supprised they let him do that. Anyone got a * rating for Lynn/Juvi, that sounds good. Juvi impressed me at new froniters. I was wondering about the new venue. I couldnt work out if ceiling was falling down or if it was supposed to be some sort of arty effect. Anyone go? ChUnK!

Guest Sandman9000 Report post Posted March 7, 2003 M-Dogg spots incredibly well, pound for pound he may be the most agile man in wrestling, and can pull off spots others can only dream of (Space Flying Tiger Drop into a hurricarana, for example.) However, aside from the situation with his and Josh Pro's XPW jump, M-Dogg doesn't do much else right in the ring. He just never looks comfortable in the ring; it never looks natural for him. He vs. Acid at BOTB2 was the worst match of the tourny, as was he vs. CM Punk at the TPI. I haven't seen M-Dogg vs. Hero, which was supposed to be good, but I don't know if M-Dogg can do anything other then spot, and have good matches with Josh Pro. Basically, he's another person who can do spot style and not much else.

I might have ot mixed up, ill have to watch the tape back again. It might have been that SSP Leg drop that makes me remember it fondly If that was him? Im confused lol ChUnK! Guest Youth N Asia Report post Posted March 8, 2003 I though M dogg wasnt that bad when i saw him at BOBT2, why does he get so much negative heat? ChUnK! Cause he's a spot monkey. I wish guys would learn to work before they learned to spot. Now I like spot matches sometimes, but that's all this guy can do. And when you go like that all the time it just takes too much away from the other wrestling on the same card. And the first few times I saw him in a match he had a goofy smile on his face...I MEAN THE WHOLE MATCH! When he's getting beaten up and everything. Red is still the worst of the spot monkeys though. Guest Jimmy Saint Report post Posted March 8, 2003 Red is still the worst of the spot monkeys though. Red can be carried to good things fairly easilly when in with a good worker. On the other hand theres Ruckus who has no fucking clue how to work a match. Jesus could'nt carry him to anything other than a gymnastics exhabition. He gets 5.9 for some of his spots though.
