It isn't. I believe the guy you are referring to is named Greg Martin according to the imdb and the film isn't listed under Mike Droese's filmography.

 

Duke was probably one of the better guys the WWF had at that time, but was never really given a chance after the whole "wrestler's with day jobs" schtick blew up in Vince's face. He could easily be on RAW today.

I'm watching Joe Dirt, and I swear to GAWD that Duke is that guy that Joe works with at the oil refinery. Anyone confirm this?

I some what of a mark for Duke back in the day, can't remember weither he was a good worker or not.

He was trained by Kowalski i think, so he is either the same or better then Triple H wrestling wise. Only difference is Duke would do moves that didnt concern his knee.
