Guest Edwin MacPhisto Posted March 6, 2003 Report Posted March 6, 2003 Dude. There's a mystery man I never thought we'd see again. That's frickin' sweet. An excellent show. The main event is sizzling, but more importantly, the promos. Finally we seem to have some direction for the PPV. TNT's opus of a promo with Frost FINALLY gets him moving...and oddly enough, paints him kind of like an underdog face. I really like it. The Frost/TNT relationship is tremendously interesting, and that triple threat of promo/tale of the tape/great match really puts them together as quite a pair of guys. Somewhere down the road, I could see a great Chilly Chilly Bang Bang reunion, but with the two of them as faces. Frost is becoming naturally appealing as a stoic, all-business, honorable heel. The opening promo was great in that everyone else got some face time, but it did go on for a long time. It's good to see someone else has taken up the tradition of trying to accomplish way too much in one promo. (Y) Bottom line, TNT's promo tonight solidifies at least his character and motivation for the match with ELM, and that helps a lot. Great show for making the PPV feel big on short notice.

A great hardcore title defense by JM, although he is such a pussy. Craven... I believe that move is a Samoan Neckbreaker. Another solid match by sir Danny Williams. Mag... I'm gonna kill you! Nah... match was good, although it did seem unbelieveably short. Checking it over, it fit the word limit within a 100 words... which seemed weird. Ah well. I be smoking too much kron. Frost/TNT... I'll get back to you.

My match was crap, though I DID show. Anyhow... probably should promo... a lot... every day... until the PPV, now.

Unless it's someone being cute, it's kinda obvious. Only one person who isn't Sacred has held all those belts, to the best of my knowledge.

I am kind of disappointed in myself that I forgot to even show some signs from our other matches. We've fought a few times, but my only spot was ELM trying to hit JD's Revenge on me and a reversal for the German suplex. I wanted to try and bust out some new offense, but ELM's choice works better for my current storyline. Die you Mexican whore. Read all of Danny/Ejiro... Another great performance by Danny. You bastard though... that count along with the ref with the choke there... I so wanted to do that in my next match. Ah well, kudos for thinking about it before me. Frost/TNT... Welll I read all the promos. I read the majority of the match. I guess it was the appropriate ending, because both ELM and TNT needed some big wins before the PPV. It is the world title match after all.

And Divefire. And Grimedogg. And the Easter Bunny, and I could name old people that only JD, Galatea, and myself know of, and that's sad (Oh, I guess TNT, Zed, and others can just go to the boards, but it's not like the thrill of facing them, although the only talent in there was McCheese, the Fallen, Divefire, and Grimey...damn, I'm just rambling right now, so I'll stop)
