Guest RavishingRickRudo Report post Posted March 12, 2003 The Womens matches for the most part always seem to me like women trying to wrestle rather than women wrestling.
Guest CanadianChick Report post Posted March 12, 2003 I also enjoy watching some women's wrestling. Torrie, Dawn, Nidia, et al. (not the actual 'wrestlers' that are on Raw) always look like they're trying hard out there and looking to improve. They probably shouldn't get slots on pay per views, but if you don't go in expecting to see a ***** match, they can usually impress you a little bit. Hell, up untill this past RAW they had been the best match on the show each week here lately. That's not really what I mean. I wouldn't consider liking Trish, Molly, Jazz, or Victoria to be guilty pleasures. I was talking more about the women who are on SmackDown who seem to have matches every week without actually being 'wrestlers'. Torrie and Dawn's match at No Mercy last year was actually pretty good in my eyes, and their match at the Rumble wasn't as bad as some people made it out to be, in my opinion. Hell, the Dawn Marie/Nidia match on Velocity was pretty good IMO, so I see where you're coming from.
Guest El Psycho Diablo Report post Posted March 12, 2003 I didn't mind Test for a while there. Once he started beating Jericho, my like for him went out the window. Besides, he's Billy Gunn 2.0, even in looks. Batista's allright (I can't hate anybody with Akuma's symbol on his shoulder)

Guest RedJed Report post Posted March 12, 2003 I like Test! Isn't that enough!? I've NEVER understood why he gets the shaft so much from people. Can someone logically explain it to me?
Guest WukenBloodstar Report post Posted March 12, 2003 Batista..(Besides..next to Brock..his tattoo on his back is my fav)
Guest raptor Report post Posted March 12, 2003 Test. Dunno why, but I actually like to watch him wrestle. For a power wrestler, he's pretty good, I think. Batista. See Test. Steven Richards. I don't know if he gets a lot of hate, but he entertains me a great deal. Funny, good worker, and he seems motivated. Nathan Jones. Haven't seen enough to hate him, and the little he's done has entertained me. Maven. The match with Storm sold me. Kid's got potential. Undertaker. I'm pissed when someone young jobs to him (see Kanyon, Kendrick), but I still like to watch him.
Guest JMA Report post Posted March 12, 2003 I wouldn't consider liking Steven a guilty pleasure. He's a good wrestler who's gotten the shaft from management.
Guest bravesfan Report post Posted March 12, 2003 --A-Train - He deserves this current push, which is just enough for me to handle. I've been pushing for this guy since the days of "T & A", just based on how he's "the next Vader". He's got a swank moveset to accompany his in-ring charisma, but's he just too lumbering in his matches to be considered a good worker. --Bill DeMott - Same as A-Train. I've always been a mark for that moonsault of his, though his current push has turned me off to him. It's one thing to give him a push, but to have DeMott EXCLUSIVELY squash cruiserweights and other jobbers? How about Rikishi? Undertaker? Anyone on the food chain that matters? --Dave Batista - The cool music, the explosiveness, the LOOK. Would've stolen Brock Lesnar's push, had he come in a little earlier. Hopefully, he comes back healthy and ready to spearhead RAW as a top heel of the brand.
Guest SP-1 Report post Posted March 12, 2003 I'll always have a soft spot for Big Show. Batista interests me somewhat. I think he's more limber and agile than he's allowed to be but that's just speculation I guess. oh, yeah, and . . . H B K
Guest Aero Report post Posted March 12, 2003 I'm still a fan of the Undertaker, and I don't think Test is all that bad. In fact, I was actually looking forward to his match with Jericho at No Way Out, but it was scrapped.

Guest FeArHaVoC Report post Posted March 12, 2003 I still like the Dudley Boys. I know they're a little stale, but they still pop the crowd and 3D is still badass. I have to admit, the Undertaker/Nathan Jones storyline is interesting. After I see Nathan Jones Wrestle again I'll probably change my mind. Staphanie McMahon goes back and forth on me. Depends on the week. Big Show is another one. Edge is like RVD. Some like him, some don't. I always liked him. Even Triple H I have to give some credit too sometimes. Guest notJames Report post Posted March 12, 2003 Even though I haven't seen him wrestle, I'd say Nathan Jones… until he proves me wrong. And I have no problem saying I like Jeff Hardy.
Guest Anglesault Report post Posted March 12, 2003 I've always liked Rikishi because of 2000. Don't want him pushed, but don't mind him on TV. Taker, most of the time.
Guest Anglesault Report post Posted March 12, 2003 I like Test! Isn't that enough!? I've NEVER understood why he gets the shaft so much from people. Can someone logically explain it to me? You've heard of the total package in the company, right (Some say Angle, some say Eddy) Test is, if there is such a thing, the empty package. He has hit *** TWO TIMES in four years. He has no mic skills, he has no charisma, they can't get him over, and he doesn't even have the grotesquely fat novelty.

Guest Hitman Jebus Report post Posted March 12, 2003 I mark out like crazy for...Chuck Palumbo! (Hey, it's caught on with my friends too, ok...THE Palumbo Fan Club) JUNGLE KICK~!!!!! Also, I like A-Train (always has a stupid name...but he's my favorite "hoss", if you will) Undertaker, I guess...he's not THAT hated but I saw his name pop up in the other posts so... BTW, I used to like Test too but since he cut his hair...can't stand him!

King Cucaracha 0 Report post Posted March 12, 2003 I could find somethign good to say about just about everyone...I don't really HATE any wrestler in the WWE. Which to my friends is weird. Oh, I too enjoy Goldust at the moment. It's WrestleCrap good! "What, you guys haven't heard the NU..NU..NU...NU...news?" Lol. Same goes for AL Wilson. Nathan Jones, The F.B.I, Show, DeMott, Test, Taker, Kane...hell Triple H. Been a HBK fan most of my life, cause I grew up with him as champ. He's the dumb mark part of me. Women's Wrestling shouldn't really count, cause it isn't that bad. Hell I'm the kind of guy who'd watch an A-Train vs Taker match. Like I say, I probably like almost everyone. Guest El Satanico Report post Posted March 12, 2003 Lance Storm: Everyone shits on his serious voiced promo style and his ultra safe kicks and chair shots, but I've loved him ever since his ECW days. I love his serious promo style and I believe he could eventually get over with it if WWe ever gave him a good push with some hype. Sean O'haire: He's not really a "guilty pleasure" anymore, but I've liked him since his first televised WCW match when he pulled out the Seanton Bomb. He had a great devilish look and i love "big guys that can fly" so I quickly started to enjoy him. 3MW: They're not nearly as bad as most make them out to be and their theme rules. Their biggest problem is the total lack of a decent tag division. The way things are now they're just pointless time filler and even an amazingly talented team couldn't do well in that position. Also the fact that they've made them look totally incompetant as "enforcers" has killed any potential "body guard" type role for them which they could've been good as. Chuck Palumbo: I wouldn't call myself a big fan, but I think he's actually a decent wrestler. Sure he's nothing amazing, but I think he's a solid midcarder. Bill DeMott: I hate him and his role in WWe, but I didn't mind him during the WCW days. He was a better wrestler in WCW as well. Scott Stiener: After NWO faded away I started enjoying his heel character in WCW and even liked his promo's just because you never knew what to expect. In WWe he's just blah and has lost everything that was entertaining about him in the dying years of WCW.
TheOriginalOrangeGoblin 0 Report post Posted March 12, 2003 One guy who IMO was always unfairly canned was Big Bossman. He's always been a decent big man andi n the previous few years hasp layed a decen Corporate enforcer. Plus he has a good knack for psychology so he'd be good to teach youngsters in training camp.
