Guest Chuck Woolery Posted March 13, 2003 Report Posted March 13, 2003 Seriously. Why did TNA even bother signing Sanders, if they're going to job him out to "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan and make him the manager of a guy who's feuding with Jorge Estrada? Can't they find something better for him to do, like start a chase after the NWA title or something?
Guest Blue Bacchus Posted March 13, 2003 Report Posted March 13, 2003 I think jobbing to Hacksaw is gonna serve a greater purpose in breaking up S.E.X. later down the road. But I also agree with you wholeheartedly .
syxx2001 Posted March 14, 2003 Report Posted March 14, 2003 he was brought in as a mouthpeice. he is the spokesperson for SEX, not the #1 contender for the heavyweight belt.
Guest j.o.b. squad Posted March 14, 2003 Report Posted March 14, 2003 they brought him in becose he is a good mouthpiece, decent wrestler, and willing to job to anything with a pulse
Guest Banky Posted March 14, 2003 Report Posted March 14, 2003 Decent wrestler? Lets not get carried away....
Guest j.o.b. squad Posted March 14, 2003 Report Posted March 14, 2003 Decent wrestler? Lets not get carried away.... i ment compared to disco and the harrises of corse
Guest notJames Posted March 14, 2003 Report Posted March 14, 2003 Decent wrestler? Lets not get carried away.... i ment compared to disco and the harrises of corse That would make all of us decent wrestlers.
Astro101 Posted March 14, 2003 Report Posted March 14, 2003 Isn't it obvious why Sanders is here? He's "enhancement talent"!
Mecha Mummy Posted March 14, 2003 Report Posted March 14, 2003 Sanders is not great in-ring. He's watchable, but his real talent is with working a mic. And doesn't the NWA Title scene seem packed enough as it is? Jarrett, Raven, Styles, D'Lo, and Watts (for some reason) should be enough to keep it interesting for a while.
syxx2001 Posted March 14, 2003 Report Posted March 14, 2003 watts has the look, but maybe he has improved from his one legged dropkicks days in 1991
Guest CoreyLazarus416 Posted March 14, 2003 Report Posted March 14, 2003 Sanders is acceptable in the ring. But, as others have said, he's a great mic worker, and is ULTRA charismatic. I wouldn't give him any belt, but I'd keep him as a manager that does a few matches. ...and what's wrong with Disco?
syxx2001 Posted March 15, 2003 Report Posted March 15, 2003 i like disco's new gimmick. him and sanders are like the new, some tag team.
Guest RavishingRickRudo Posted March 15, 2003 Report Posted March 15, 2003 *snaps fingers* That's who he reminds me of! MIKE SANDERS! YES! John Cena reminds me of Mike Sanders!
