Guest webmasterofwrestlegame Report post Posted March 21, 2003 Ok - I'm just watching RAW (I live in the UK) and watching the tag team match of Vitamin C vs. Steiner and Test is the first time I've really enjoyed any of Steiner's work in WWE. Now I know WWE are not paying him around $500k guranteed a year with a view for him to being in a tag team, but I think he fits well in a tag team with his limited (but pretty high impact) offence, broken body, and short wind. The question is, if he were to be in a tag team for good, who is appropriate on the RAW brand to form a proper tag team with him? I can't see anyone already on the RAW brand, but maybe Kanyon would compliment Steiner if they were in a tag team?
Guest snuffbox Report post Posted March 21, 2003 Makes sense. Tag team wrestling would give him rests and keep him on tour so the deal isnt a total wash. He could play a slightly healthier Andre the Giant to somebody else's Haku.

Guest evilhomer Report post Posted March 22, 2003 Lance Storm - an excellent technical wrestler with a relatively soft offence. Good pshycology because Steiner can use his suplexes to weaken the back, setting up for the Maple Leaf or the Sharpshooter. Good mix of the methodical soft technical guy, and the full steam high impact guy. Promos could be a problem because Storm is a straight forward calm guy and Steiner is a non-sensical shouter, but maybe that would be a benefit. Sean Morley - decent technical wrestler, very impressive physique so the sight of the two of them would be intimidating. Downsides are he seems to be injury prone in the past while, and not sure if he can be the guy to carry the majority of a tag team match. Of course the big problem with these two is that they're heels, and Steiner can best be used for the face hot tag.
