TSM Beat the Geeks!

Recommended Posts

Guest TheZsaszHorsemen

Could we restart this? It kinda lost steam after Shaved Bear retired. I think I could do James Bond or Batman geek. Bob could reprise his old role, and we could find new geeks.

What do you guys think?

We need a host.

I nominate Dr. Tom. (If he accepts of course.)

I would love being the SNL geek again- that'd be awesome.

I could also be a Norm geek. :D

Can I just be general geek?

As opposed to just being a geek in general?

Since I started the ORIGINAL TSM Beat the Geeks thread, you must pay homage to ME! What Van Straten...

I'll take a swipe at being the Trek geek. Hell yes, sir. I'm not an UBER Trek Geek but I can hold my own, bitches.

Hmmm, what all would be involved in me "hosting" this?

Formulate questions on the topics being discussed. For example:

For James Bond a geek level question would be: What was the first line, of the first James Bond novel?

That would be Casino Royale and the first line was: "The scent and smoke and sweat of a casino are nauseating at three in the morning?"

A contestant level question would be: Who played James Bond the most times?

Roger Moore

I could be one of the following:

1) Simpsons geek (although there's a mad amount of us on this board)

2) Boston Bruins geek (although there's a surprising amount of us on this board)

3) Phish geek (although I'm not as knowledgeable about some of their recent stuff)

... wait, maybe I'm not a geek at all. (Can't decide if I'm happy or not)

Doesn't anyone want to be a general geek? Like a movie geek or t.v. geek or music geek? I don't think the game would be too fun if it's nothing but very specific and limited categories.

Guest What?

Actually, it would be kind of fun to have all specific categories...It would make it more challenging and fun

Wow, I'd actually have to do *work* if I were the host? Afraid I'll have to decline, then. Going back to school this week is going to start eating into my time, which I'm not exactly swimming in to begin with.
