Guest Bling-Bling Buchanan Posted April 1, 2003 Report Posted April 1, 2003 http://www.411mania.com/wrestling/news/new...hp?news_id=6117 Kevin Nash did not make his WWE return last night on RAW as expected because WWE thought the show was already loaded with Steve Austin's firing and Goldberg's debut. Nash also asked WWE to push his return back a week so that it would not get lost in the shadow of the Austin and Goldberg angles. Again, Nash has died his hair jet black and is expected to return under the Diesel gimmick. Credit: 1wrestling.com What? How can..
Guest Downhome Posted April 1, 2003 Report Posted April 1, 2003 YEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've wanted him to do that for years, my dreams have become a reality once again. I'm warning you all right now, I'm a fucking huge Diesel mark (or a VERY heelish Nash)... ...don't ya just love me?
Guest Eagan469 Posted April 1, 2003 Report Posted April 1, 2003 Again, Nash has died his hair jet black and is expected to return under the Diesel gimmick. FUCK YEAH! Diesel Power Beeyatch! *searches for black glove so he'll slap me up*
Guest The Mighty Damaramu Posted April 1, 2003 Report Posted April 1, 2003 Didn't Vince learn the first time Diesel nearly killed his company?
Guest candie45 Posted April 1, 2003 Report Posted April 1, 2003 I'm still in shock he replaced his bleach.
Guest MaxPower27 Posted April 1, 2003 Report Posted April 1, 2003 Well, my Raw watching days are over. Bye bye Jericho, Storm, Booker and RVD. Smackdown 4 life.
Guest Smell the ratings!!! Posted April 1, 2003 Report Posted April 1, 2003 be honest, who else clicked on this expecting something about a bicep injury? As for Diesel, well...he sucks.
Guest El Satanico Posted April 1, 2003 Report Posted April 1, 2003 :raises hand: yes i too expected this to be injury related
Guest MaxPower27 Posted April 1, 2003 Report Posted April 1, 2003 I was hoping for: 'Kevin Nash ran out of beer in his rehab suite. His rehab has been set back 4-6 months.'

Guest SP-1 Posted April 1, 2003 Report Posted April 1, 2003 ::thinks about it:: You know . . . why not? Even if it becomes something so bad that it's fun to watch . . . then I can still have fun. Bring it, Nash.
Mrnoitaull Posted April 1, 2003 Report Posted April 1, 2003 Wait I may be late but.... Goldber debuted yesterday ??
rising up out of the back seat-nuh Posted April 1, 2003 Report Posted April 1, 2003 hmmm, i wondered what vice was gonna do when he realised there was no-one else to bring back....... REHASH OLD GIMMICKS. Guest Polish_Rifle Posted April 1, 2003 Report Posted April 1, 2003 I guess its a six man tag for Backlash. Jericho/HHH/Flair v Booker/HBK/Diesel

Guest Memoirs of an Invisible Chevy Posted April 1, 2003 Report Posted April 1, 2003 *puts on black glove* I'm down with Diesel.
Guest RenegadeX28 Posted April 1, 2003 Report Posted April 1, 2003 I thought it was going to be an April Fool's Joke on the quad injury not fully healing or something...
Guest oldschoolwrestling Posted April 1, 2003 Report Posted April 1, 2003 Glad to see Nash has the clout to decide when he should come back after wrestling once and then getting hurt.
Guest packwingfn Posted April 1, 2003 Report Posted April 1, 2003 He'll prolly interfere in the Tag match obviously, the question is, which Kliq member does he join? HBK prolly leading to HBK/Diesal vs HHH/Jericho bye bye booker

I'm really starting to hate you, Downhome.
cawthon777 Posted April 1, 2003 Report Posted April 1, 2003 Diesel ... I remember him. Wait, wasn't he that guy that was champ during one of the worst years EVER? Weren't his main challengers Jeff Jarrett, Psycho Sid, Mabel, and a years-passed-washed-up King Kong Bundy?
Guest AndrewTS Posted April 1, 2003 Report Posted April 1, 2003 be honest, who else clicked on this expecting something about a bicep injury? That wouldn't be terrible news for us. Terrible news would be something like "Nash to get huge push when he returns."
Guest AndrewTS Posted April 1, 2003 Report Posted April 1, 2003 Diesel ... I remember him. Wait, wasn't he that guy that was champ during one of the worst years EVER? Weren't his main challengers Jeff Jarrett, Psycho Sid, Mabel, and a years-passed-washed-up King Kong Bundy? In Nash's defense (I can't believe I'm defending him), whose fault is all that?
Guest Super Pissed Smark Posted April 1, 2003 Report Posted April 1, 2003 I'm shocked that some of you can be so callous towards what must be a very serious moment for big Kev. Do you know the damage a bad dye job can do to a person's hair? Fraying, split ends, dryness, a general lifelessness and loss of sheen. I could go on. Let us all pray that the treatment went well and lend our support to the greatest head of hair this industry has ever seen.
Guest The Metal Maniac Posted April 1, 2003 Report Posted April 1, 2003 Ok, wait... People know who Kevin Nash is. He's been wrestling as Kevin Nash since 1996. Your average mark will look at him and go "Oh, that's Kevin Nash." So what exactly is the point in saddling a gimmick on him that's literally almost 10 years old at this point (He started around '94 with it, didn't he? Something like that...) that no one, outside of a select few fans, will remember, especially seeing as how the Diesel gimmick is just Nash being Nash, except with "Diesel" written on his tights. It seems so pointless...

Expect Rikishi to be repackaged as Yokosuna (with Funaki as Mr. Fuji), Billy Kidman to be repackaged as Randy Savage, William Regal to be repackagaed as Ludvig Borga and Nathan Jones to be repackaged as the Giant Gonzales Who do you think they'll get to be Hulk Hogan? ... Oh... Wait... Which Hardy brother gets to be Ultimate Warrior, though? On one hand, you've got Matt Hardy with his freaky cult/philosophy, and his One Warrior Nation follower. Or you've got Jeff Hardy, with the overdone face & body paint, and the so many interests outside wrestling he could just up and disappear any day now?
