After the first show, if you wish to change the timeslot, you can.

 

I had said that you can run the promotion the way you want as soon as you start. So if you wanna steal the ever talented Jay Lethal away from Internation High Powered Wrestling (good luck trying) you can. If you wanna opt for a TV show on Fox, give it a shot.

 

It's all up to you.

Just was recently asked this question in my mailbox. Thought I'd post it up along with my answer so everyone is clear on this.

 

Just so I am clear. The Actual Posting of Results wont happen until May 3rd but the start date in the game is May 1st correct?

Anyway, hell yes Im in, if its not too late.

 

The only thing is, im bloody confused. Ive just read all the changes to the set up that have been made since the idea was first thought of. And ive got a bit mixed up.

 

Flik, why dont you get the final rules collated and posted, so that everyone can refer to them?

 

I also dont understand when to start the game? People have started allready? Isnt that sort of cheating? You can get your image up and get guys over, before the challenge evens starts. Shouldnt we all start at exactly the same time?

 

What date does the game calender have to be on when we start?

 

What date in real life do we start playing?

 

What do we have to do start off with? Set the game up and buy a roster or what? Get a few guys and increase the roster as times goes by?

 

Also, whats the latest and best version of EWR to use? Ive got 3.0

 

Can someone link me to the latest and/or best one to play the challenge with.

I can answer a few of those questions.

 

I believe most of us are using the 3.0, so you're good there.

 

As far as people starting, like I did, all we did was start up the game, hire a roster and fix a few miscellaneous things like advertising and the risk level and such. No one, at this point, should have already played a show or anything like that.

 

The calendar should beging May 1st, 2003. The challenge begins this Saturday, the 3rd.

 

PM to Lightening Flik your fed's name, the name of your weekly show and the names of all your monthly events, so he can keep track for the point scoring.

 

All of your other stuff will be posted in the challenge thread which Flik will most likely start this Saturday.

I do have to ask: Is the version a big deal? I'm using the new one, 3.1 or .2 I think. It's basically the same though.

No worries about working a month. ...I did.

 

But anyways, version doesn't matter. As long as it's 3.00, 3.01, 3.02. It's good.

No, we'll be taking your word that you are doing it correctly.

 

However, if people start ... how do you say ... blatantly getting ahead to easily, then I'll be asking people for save files and what not.

The link to the new thread is where all you stuff will be going. Also the finalized rules are there, should you be needing to see those. And of course, you'll be required to post your roster, your titles, and finally, although opitional, a little blab about your fed. Might help if you mention your feds name so as we not confuse who's roster is who's.
