Guest GameCop Report post Posted April 10, 2003 HHH and Steph are going to ruin WWE together. Steph always listens to HHH's ideas about holding other wrestlers down from reaching their full potential. Just look at WM XIX as an example: Booker T was scheduled to prevail after being subjected to racial slurs, but guess what? He lost clean after a delayed pinfall. HHH has lobbied over and over again to change storylines and match outcomes so he'll look strong in the end. He refuses to put anyone over (RVD, Jericho, Booker T) and Steph, alongside him, always agrees like the bitch that she is. I'm sick of this. I just wish Rock would give WWE an ultimatum -- either Vince jettisons Steph and/or HHH, or Rock is done. Hell, if anyone can give WWE an ultimatum, it's the most electrifying man in sports and entertainment.
Guest bob_barron Report post Posted April 10, 2003 Rock pretty much his done so him giving them an ultimatum really isn't gonna do anything
Guest Kahran Ramsus Report post Posted April 10, 2003 Booker was never going to win. The plan all along was for Nash to take the title from HHH. Booker was simply a last resort because Nash wasn't ready for Mania.
rising up out of the back seat-nuh 0 Report post Posted April 10, 2003 the problem is that when Nash beats HHH for the title, who's he got to face? The only top-line heels on Raw are HHH and Jericho.
Guest Vitamin X Report post Posted April 10, 2003 BLAH BLAH BLAH hasn't this exact same thread been done about 3209749326969321541598432169816865431543 other times already?!
Guest Kahran Ramsus Report post Posted April 10, 2003 the problem is that when Nash beats HHH for the title, who's he got to face? The only top-line heels on Raw are HHH and Jericho. He might beat Jericho for a month, but his main opponent will be HHH. They will do the exact same thing they did when Shawn won the title.
Guest razazteca Report post Posted April 10, 2003 Well after Nash wins he gets to squash Goldberg or Jericho again and maybe Spanky or Spike Dudley will become a lawn dart in the process.
Guest SP-1 Report post Posted April 10, 2003 I think I'll die slowly if we see title trades between Nash and HHH over several months. *shudder* They'd have to push the entertainment side of that one to super levels to keep me interested.
Guest Big Poppa Popick Report post Posted April 10, 2003 hey sp, me thinks we should go to raw and umm ensure that hhh/nash doesnt happen
Guest SP-1 Report post Posted April 10, 2003 Unfortunately I wouldn't have the cash, barring a miracle, until May and that's a big ol' IF. I'll miss that April RAW, methinks. However, I do cherish the thought of BPP and S~S~P~! screwing with a live WWE Broadcast somehow.
Guest Dynamite Kido Report post Posted April 10, 2003 I absolutely hate what is going on in the WWE right now with the whole HHH-Steph thing and I would like to make that clear first of all. I think that people do need to realize that this kinda thing happens with Vince every so often and it will change. It happened with Hogan, Bret, the Kliq, and now it's happening with HHH. The WWF/WWE goes through a down time every few years and that is just the way that it is. The WWE could be just as popular as it was in a matter of months. It's all about timing and how they decide to immovate their product. HHH's reign of power will end when one of two things happens. Either Big Steph gives him the big diss in which case his ass will get buried in the ground, or a talent will come along that HHH will not be able to hold back. Like when Austin was gaining popularity and they eventually had to listen to the people. If you don't think this will happen, just watch. I guarantee it will.....Vince doesn't play when it comes to making money and drawing people. Vince will notice eventually that HHH doesn't draw jack. Watch when Austin and Hogan retire, when the Rock quits to make movies or when other guys get sick of the s**t and decide to quit or go wrestle elsewhere. Trust me, when Vince starts losing money people start losing jobs. But the biggest winner in this whole situation is definately going to me NWA TNA. They pick up all the stuff the WWE drops and thinks is useless.
Guest BoboBrazil Report post Posted April 10, 2003 This is a whole different beast then the last downtimes in WWE. Now Stephanie is basically the head writer/booker behind Vince and Vince listens to anything she says and he won't remove her from power. HHH is about to get married to her making him one of the family. This just isn't some regular guy playing politics like people in the past. No new star will be made now unless they want them to be made, because they control promo time and what the person says. When Austin, Rocky, and Mankind were made they had basically free reign over their promos and they only had to touch on certain points. Now everything is written for them. Yuna_Firerose 0 Report post Posted April 10, 2003 Booker T was scheduled to prevail after being subjected to racial slurs, but guess what? He lost clean after a delayed pinfall. Mr. Tito mentioned how it took 3 Rock Bottoms to defeat SC, 3 legdrops to beat Vince, yet only took one pedigree to put away Booker. I'm not sure if that's exact, since I can't find the article. BLAH BLAH BLAH hasn't this exact same thread been done about 3209749326969321541598432169816865431543 other times already?! Yes it has. And it gets more and more pathetic each time. Guest Will Scarlet Report post Posted April 10, 2003 Bleh. I really do not mind Triple H's reign of terror anymore. It's not like he holds a belt that has much credibility, and, as long he feuds with useless wastes of space like Nash and Scott Steiner, then, hey, more power to him. With all his injuries, I doubt he has much left in him anyway.
