Guest Choken One Report post Posted April 21, 2003 If you are not mature enough to enter a thread and to talk about it, without resorting to either bashing, making fun of, or other such childish antics, then I pity you, I really do. If you need to make a post just so something good can be said about the WWE, then I pity them AND you. Actually I don't pity you, because I once was like you and can understand what that sense of "forever and always" is like... It's ok, it's ok to cry now... The WWE sucks and you're standin tall, but there is only so much you can do... it's not your fault, it's not your fault... look...it's not your fault.. I've seen negative talk around here for so long, I wanted a thread in which we could all share what we DO like. Seems to me however, some of you like yourself, can not even have that happen. Nope, I'm too bitter. YOU? BITTER? Nah...I don't see it...
Guest RavishingRickRudo Report post Posted April 21, 2003 So my standards aren't as good as yours because different things entertain me? I didn't say yours aren't as good as mine, I just said they were really low. If you are looking at things like "they could be worse" when the reality is "They could be a LOT better" - you're standards are LOW. I'm not saying that I love every single thing WWE is doing, but I'm still entertained by alot of things. I complain about things that don't entertain me, but I like the focus on things that do because I like being happy rather than bitter, mmkay? The way I see it, the WWE doesn't deserve happy fans and that they really really really deserve bitter fans. They treat you like SHIT, yet you're still smiling... They PISS on you, and you're like "Oh gee, at least it was warm..."
Guest Trivia247 Report post Posted April 21, 2003 when those whom are good at wrestling is allowed to wrestle...then yea its still a cool product..... when you HAVE to have these Hollywood wannabe slimeball writers segments backstage when someones standing around talking into a turned off cell phone, its good when they do make some funny happenstances from the useless air, like the Hurricane and Rock segments. You are really starting to become almost troll like now, seriously. I wasn't posting this just so I could say positive things about WWE, I don't have to. I was just fucking CURRIOUS as to what people here DID enjoy, that's all. Now get down off of your high horse, and back off of me just because I find WWE entertaining at times right now. Why don't you take some action, instead of being all talk? Start a boycott of WWE, maybe others will follow in your lead. Untill then, you mean nothing at all, nothing more than just another bitter elitist smark.

Guest Anglesault Report post Posted April 21, 2003 It's kind of stupid to say that DH will crack soon. I didn't say "soon", I said 7 months. Obviouslly, he likes the product enough to be positive. He's not in denial like some of you guys would like to believe. Are you sure? (Maybe you're in denial too) Christ, the product isn't that bad right now. there is still some entertaining stuff going on. Sure, it could be better, but it could also be a lot worse DING DING DING! We have the buzz-line! Yep, that's what they all say. Guess what? The gap between the current product and how GOOD they could be is WAAAAAAAAAY bigger than the gap between the current product and how BAD they could be. *pats Canadian Chick out the door* Now you go get yourself some respectible standards and come back later, mmkay? Look at Baseball, It's in a State of Disarray because of Mismanagement and horrible representives... Baseball Purists are struggling to find some beacon of hope... Kinda like Pretentious Smarks are... It's different, because you still get quality baseball games. Yeah, things are fucked, but it hasn't translated to the field to the point of WWF Abomination. Kurt Angle Mark 0 Report post Posted April 21, 2003 I like Smackdown. All my favorite wrestlers except for the Rock are on the show. Even if there is crap like the Torrie/Sable storyline on the show, I always find way more good than bad on the show.
Guest RavishingRickRudo Report post Posted April 21, 2003 Choken, what can I say? I give what I get. When I get an insulting product, I get insulted and then I get bitter when I realize all the fucking time I put into this damned company and they don't give a fuck. Guest RavishingRickRudo Report post Posted April 21, 2003 Why are some people so bent on trying to convince others to stop watching the show? Yes, we know that the product is not where it should be, but for the most part, we enjoy those 4 hours (6-7 hours for some) every week. Are you so insecure about your decision to quit watching that you need some reassurance from the rest of us? What? You don't like hearing about how bad the product you have dedicated yourself to is? You wanna talk about insecurity?

Guest RavishingRickRudo Report post Posted April 21, 2003 You're right, I can't accept that... Just like I can't accept people getting entertained by poking hot nails into their eyelids and crushing their testicles with a hammer. Even then, the WWE product is much worse because you are at least getting 100% of what pain that gives you rather than the blisteringly sub-par product the WWE gives you. And you might want to check on your own saddle there, buddy.
