Guest Vitamin X Report post Posted April 25, 2003 5. Metallica-"Ride The Lightning" 4. Thrice-"Identity Crisis" (yeah shutup) 3. Tool-"Opiate"(if that doesn't count I'll take either "Undertow") 2. Nirvana-"Nevermind" 1. System of a Down-"Toxicity" (even though I'm sick of the CD, in deciding between the 3 CD's, this one had the most range and I enjoyed the most while listening to it. I just can't hear Chop Suey anymore, so fucking played out. Steal This Album gets honorable mention, but the fact it lacked Patterns and Snowblind, as well as it just beign a very well mixed and produced b-sides album gets Toxicity bumped) Favorite live album-"Unplugged in New York"-Nirvana Favorite crappy, joke, or cover band album-"Happenstance" by Fozzy

Guest Edwin MacPhisto Report post Posted April 26, 2003 Here's a question. I've seen Tool's Opiate pop up on a few of these lists. I think it's a great little album, but I kinda wonder how any professed Tool fan could consider it for a top 5 and leave out Lateralus or even Aenima. The latter's complexity and mood blows the original EP out of the water, and the former annihiliates *that*.
