This Evans jobber guy

Anybody know anything about this Shawn Evans guy? Appearing in a Velocity match right after showing up on Raw out of nowhere is odd enough. Is he just some temp (from the Atlana area it appears) that they hired a few nights or something, because I don't see him on the OVW page or anything...

 

If he's going to be a permanent thing, I have to agree with The Cat though when he said he needed a haircut. He looks too much like Bret Hart from a distance with his current look.

The name's "Shocker" Sean Evans. He works for Dusty Rhodes's Turnbuckle Championship Wrestling usually.

They announced him as from "Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania." So I assume he's from the Steel City (which I live a mere 64 miles from), the hometown of KURT ANGLE!~ but other than that I know nothing about him.
