I mean, I have nothing against the place, and I like most of the people who founded it, but it's not some internet haven. Personally, I've always found WDI to be very cliquish, and the main reason I stopped posting there was because I got tired of seeing good threads ruined by you-eat-poop silliness and in-jokes. It's not a bad place or anything, but considering that it was started as an alternative to a board that no longer exists, how relevant is it anymore? Tom, we've changed. I enjoy it because when I lurk there, I almost always come across a few things that make me laugh. It's like reading popcorn, and as a writer I like Popcorn. If that confuzzles anyone, I'll explain. On the whole though, I obviously don't care enough to post there regularly. Which isn't anything against them. I'm just usually here due to the massive amount of people (which means even at 3 AM there's something going on), and my OAOAST involvement. And yeah. I have no problem with it, but I get real sick of the "hey lets go join this board so we can trash TSM and be all cool" idea. Cause that's exactly what ends up happening. You know what I really just don't get why anyone is throwing a fit about the people on this board. Am I just so laid back that nothing bothers me or is it I don't go on message boards looking to point out everyone's flaws and pick fights? VERY FEW people on this board every legitimately make me mad and I've never started a thread about it cause soon enough I realize it's not worth it.
