I still don't see what -- aside from shameless ass-kissing -- would possess anyone in that company not named Vince McMahon or Terry Bollea to think that was the best match of the night. I was there, and I can safely say that it was a comedy match at best. My section was not too smark-heavy, and the reaction over there was a combo of laughter, nostalgia, and just reacting in general to two characters (McMahon, who's been a heel forever, and Hogan, who's been a face forever). No one is accusing that match of being good who isn't on the payroll. And after the event, no one was talking about that match either.

I don't have a problem with it, even though I don't think they built the match up right. If it couldn't have been Angle/Lesnar this is the next best thing.

I don't think anyone should be surprised about this given that McMahon vs. Hogan was given way more hype than HHH vs. Booker or Angle vs. Lesnar. That being said, I like the idea of having all 4 main events on the cover. Too bad that won't happen.

I figured that would have been the cover to the DVD since they were pimping that shirt for Wrestlemania, although the other shirt they were selling at Mania was better with all the guys main eventing the show. That definitely would have been a better cover.

The match wasn't too bad, but my section was commenting on the camera work (not a good sign) until Piper made his limp-in. Some guy behind me kept shouting "FUCK HOGAN! WE GOT PIPER!"
