Guest NaturalBornThriller4:20 Posted May 15, 2003 Report Posted May 15, 2003 For those who want to know the ending: Joey is at home watching " The Creek " she begins talking to another person in the room, the Camera moves to a different angle revealing... PACEY! They call Dawson, he then tells them that he has a Meeting with Spielberg. THE END.
Guest Mole Posted May 15, 2003 Report Posted May 15, 2003 Ahh, Jen died and Pacey goes with Joey. That is retarded.
Guest Youth N Asia Posted May 15, 2003 Report Posted May 15, 2003 Was never into the show...but I would have liked to have seen one of the major three eat it.

Guest Miss Indy Queen Posted May 15, 2003 Report Posted May 15, 2003 I liked the way the show ended so I can't complain. Joey with Pacey (Thank God!!), Dawson will finally meet Spielberg, and Jack raises Jenn's baby. Certain scenes were emotional especially when Jenn was doing the videotape for her daughter.
Guest Choken One Posted May 15, 2003 Report Posted May 15, 2003 I thought it was great and I'm sorry but Pacey and Joey were meant for each other... Pretty emotional although it's been 3 years since I really watched the show.
Guest Vern Gagne Posted May 15, 2003 Report Posted May 15, 2003 Just curious. Is Kevin Williamson gay? What was the point of Jen dieing? To make people emotional?
Guest treble charged Posted May 15, 2003 Report Posted May 15, 2003 I thought they were going to swerve us and have someone other than Jen die.
bobobrazil1984 Posted May 15, 2003 Report Posted May 15, 2003 Well I havent really seen the show in years, but if they wanted to swerve everyone they should have had both Dawson and Joey die. that would rule and make me actually watch.
Guest Smell the ratings!!! Posted May 15, 2003 Report Posted May 15, 2003 Since everyone wanted to see weather Joey ended up with Dawson or Pacey, simple logic dictates that Joey dying in a freak accident trying to break up a fight between Dawson and Pacey would have been the best possible ending. That's simple logic man.
Guest Choken One Posted May 16, 2003 Report Posted May 16, 2003 Well I havent really seen the show in years, but if they wanted to swerve everyone they should have had both Dawson and Joey die. that would rule and make me actually watch. Since it was the last and final epsiode...who ya gonna get to turn in? I'm glad that we didn't get this H0LY SHIT swerve... Things wrapped up nicely.. Pacey and Joey were meant for each other... Dawson becomes a Major Director (they hinted at it) Jack and Doug find love... Don't worry...In 3 years they will do Dawson's Creek: The Wedding Where Pacey and Joey are getting married and Joe falls in love with Daw again and we get melodrama for 2 hours and Jack winds up marrying doug instead...
Guest NaturalBornThriller4:20 Posted May 16, 2003 Report Posted May 16, 2003 They aired the Finale on TBS this morning. I taped it.
Guest Nanks Posted May 16, 2003 Report Posted May 16, 2003 I think Pacey should've gone off with Joey prompting Dawson to top himself.
Guest Shanghai Kid Posted May 16, 2003 Report Posted May 16, 2003 Personally, I haven't been a fan of the show since Season 3...after that it just started to suck. Still, after finally seeing the season finale, I have to say they did a damn good job. They wrapped up everything, even though the Joey/Pacey/Dawson love triangle is a rip off of Dylan/Kelly/Brandon from 90210, it's always been interesting as hell. Joey and Dawson are soulmates, yet she ends up with Pacey....thats gotta suck for Dawson. The only really bad thing about the finale was Jen dying, just because it absolutely served no purpose. Don't tell me they killed her off just so she could tell Joey that making her decision between Pacey and Dawson was her dying wish. Overall, it's probably the best teen show ever, and even if you hate the show, you can't deny that seasons 1 and 2 were brilliant.
Guest HollywoodSpikeJenkins Posted May 17, 2003 Report Posted May 17, 2003 What did Jen die from? She had some kind of heart problem.

Guest Mole Posted May 17, 2003 Report Posted May 17, 2003 Just curious. Is Kevin Williamson gay? What was the point of Jen dieing? To make people emotional? Yes, he is gay. If you think about it, atleast one of your friends will die before they reach the age of 30, sadly. Since the show is just so emotional like that, they had to throw a real life situation in there. I read today that Selma Blair was orginally slated for Joey's part.

A death on Dawson's Creek is pretty predictable.

Guest Zack Malibu Posted May 17, 2003 Report Posted May 17, 2003 They aired the Finale on TBS this morning. I taped it. Really? What order are they airing in? I know they come on after SBTB in the morning but it seems like they air 2-3 eps every day. At least I can catch up on ones I missed. I'm waiting for The Longest Day episode to be repeated (when Dawson finds out Joey and Pacey had something going on).
Guest Choken One Posted May 17, 2003 Report Posted May 17, 2003 What was your favorite episode? Either the High School Prank one with the Boat in the pool... The Detention Episode... Jack's Coming Out... or the one where Pace and Joey had sex...
Guest Zack Malibu Posted May 17, 2003 Report Posted May 17, 2003 Jack's coming out was the first episode I ever saw. That was when he and Joey went to the dance and Dawson was pissed at him, right? Then Jack broke down and told Joey at the end. The Longest Day was an awesome episode, probably my favorite. I also liked the 2 parter of Dawson's dad dying (well the ep where he died at the end and the following week). It was pretty sad to watch, like when Dawson ripped the phone out of the wall when his dad's voice came on the answering machine. The one where Pacey stood up for Jack after writing the poem that had to do with another guy was good too.

I forgotten about Daw's Dad's death...That was a heartbreaking two parter...

I forgotten about Daw's Dad's death...That was a heartbreaking two parter... Jack had come out to the gang earlier in the series. He was with Joey and there had been rumors of his gayness. He revealed he really was at the end of the episode. The one with Pacey sticking up for him was when he came out to everyone I think. There was the episodes where he fought with his dad too, finally making his dad realize that he was gay.
Guest Zack Malibu Posted May 17, 2003 Report Posted May 17, 2003 Yeah, he came out like once a season it seemed, lol.
Guest Choken One Posted May 17, 2003 Report Posted May 17, 2003 Did Pace Brother come out before the finale? I don't recall this... I mean I figured he was gay right from the start anyways...
