I guess they are keeping Show around as a contender to Lesnar for a few more weeks before they have the blow off on SD! Then after that they build towards the PPV with a new opponent. It doesn't make it suck any less though.

SD looks ultra shitty. Why have another Eddie/Tajiri vs. Team Angle match? Why 30 minutes of this lie detector stuff, which the simpsons were much better atpulling off? Why tag team jobbers on SD winning over a poplar stay? Why Benoit jobbing to O Haire? Why. o why God is SHOW back? Why do I keep asking questions that I already know the answers to?

Sean O'Haire w/ Roddy Piper beat Chris Benoit. Piper had entered the ring and Benoit put him in the crossface. O'Haire kicked Benoit in the back and rolled him up holding the tights for the pin.

Looks like a boring show, although the lie detector segment could prove to be funny, and another Tajiri/Eddie vs Team Angle match will be fun to watch, again.

To me it looks like they are just killing time until Angle come back. Kurt may be the only guy who can save this show, but with McMahon and Hogan's egos running wild it looks mission impossible.

Hopefully when Angle comes back he will beat Brock for the title and then drop it to Benoit in a few months.

Depressing. There's been absolutely no direction for Benoit since forever. They're not even talking about his storyling quest to regain the title anymore.

On the bright side, there is the smallest glimmer of hope that since Benoit didn't lose fairly, the WWE is at least somewhat concerned with keeping him strong.

Actually, it seems now that Benoit's going to be tied up with O'Haire, Piper, Vince and Hogan. Looks like we might be having a Benoit/Hogan vs Piper/O'Haire match soon. I'd guess it'll happen either next week on Smackdown, the Smackdown around Bad Blood or the next PPV.
