I've never had an issue with Columbia House. 9 times out of 10 their prices are cheaper than a lot of the stores out there.

I'm not sure how they're doing it in the states, but up here - for the CD club - they did away with the whole process of sending in your card if you DIDN'T want your selection. Now you can just do nothing, and you'll get nothing. The DVD club isn't like that, though. You have to tell them you don't want your selection of the month. Which is no problem for me because you can also do it online or over the phone.
