So what do you think they'll do and what do you wish they'd do? My idea: Angle comes out for an interview, puts himself, and his speedy recovery over, then says he's so head and shoulders above the rest of the roster that NO ONE but himself deserves a title shot vs Brock... plus he's such an amazing wrestler, he doesn't want to waste his time destroying the slew of has beens and never were's the WWE insists on matching up with him. He says his in ring return will be in 4 (?) weeks (At the PPV), but someone has to earn the right to face him.... So Angle announces the "Angle Invitational" an 8 man tourney of the finest fighters in the World, a tourney which focuses on WRESTLING.... No top rope moves, no kicks, no punches, no leaving the ring intentionally... Pure technical wrestling. The tourney line up: Beniot vs Charlie Haas Eddy G. vs Matt Hardy Rey vs Sheldon Benj. Tajiri vs John Cena Angle finishes the interview by telling Team Angle to make him proud. (or some such) What'd ya think?

The debate is whether he should be a face or not. Benoit is also going to be involved according to some people, and it makes sense as I believe Benoit is pencilled in as a World Champ sometime in 2003.

ISN'T THAT FUNNY?! Z then looks at the camera while the old is on him, winks, pretends to be in pain and taps out. Angle goes "Whoooo!", dances around like a monkey on E and goes up the ramp to celebrate. Then Z takes his plastic off, looks and Angle and points to his head with his index finger. Angle throws a temper tantrum and the Tenacious Z vs Angle feud we've all been waiting for gets off to a rocketbusta of a start.
Guest Austin3164life Posted May 28, 2003 Report Posted May 28, 2003 He should not feud with Lesnar so quickly upon his return. Have Angle tear up the upper-card as a face to solidify his position as THE guy, chasing after Brock. Angle/Brock II shouldn't happen so quickly.

Right, two main event superstars team up against two other main event superstars in some sort of tag match *yawn*. Why not just kill the tag team division all together if you don't plan on having any "real" teams. By real I am talking about Los Guerros (sp?), Team Angle, Dudleys, La Resistance, uh.. that's all I can think of right now, showing how weak the "real" tag division really is. The team of Kane/RVD should stick together, the rumored split should never happen IMO.

The interesting fact is will they turn him after? I heard that Heyman was pushing for a Rhyno/Benoit heel turn and alliance, and of course Paul would manage them... Who will they feud with? Brock and a freshly turned face Angle of course!
