Biography

 

- Snow defeated Jim Lancaster for the MCW (Midwest Championship Wrestling) title on July 5, 1985, in St. Mary's, OH.

- Between November 1986 and August 1992, Snow captured six MCW/ICW United States Tag Team titles with three different partners.

- On April 16, 1989, the Motor City Hitmen (Snow and Mickey Doyle) defeated Chris Carter and Calypso Jim in Toledo, OH.

- The New Fabulous Kangaroos (Snow and Denny Kass) won a tournament to capture the MCW Midwest Tag Team title on December 29, 1993.

- As Shinobi, Snow beat Sean Casey for the GWA Junior title on January 10, 1994 in Lima, OH.

- The Kangaroos won their second MCW Midwest Tag Team title on March 5, 1994, defeating Bobby Clancy and Otis Apollo in Lima, OH.

- On May 27, 1994, Snow defeated Bruiser Bedlam (Johnny K-9) in the finals of tournament to crown a Midwest Territorial champion.

- On October 22, 1994, Shinobi captured the GWA title from Dan "The Beast" Severn.

- Snow and Unabomb (Kane) defeated the Rock 'n' Roll Express on April 7, 1995, for the Smoky Mountain Wrestling Tag Team title in Pikeville, KY.

- An excited Snow signed a WWF contract in August 1995, and then sat at home until that October. It wasn't until April of the following year that a distraught Snow finally went on the road as Leif Cassidy.

- After months of jobbing, Snow ended up with ECW.

- At Cyberslam '98, Snow defeated Tracy Smothers.

- Lance Storm's mystery partner turned out to be Snow on March 1, 1998, at the main event of "Living Dangerously." Snow used his snowplow to pin Shane Douglas, who was teamed up with Chris Candido.

- Snow challenged then ECW champion Shane Douglas at Wrestlepalooza '98 for the world title. Douglas retained the title, but the two embraced after the match.

- Snow departed ECW, and returned to the WWF.

- The team of 2 Cold Scorpio and Snow defeated Too Much at the 1998 Breakdown PPV.

- Snow downed Marc Mero on October 18, 1998, at Judgment Day.

- At the 1998 Survivor Series, Snow entered the single night tournament to crown a new WWF champion. Snow beat Jeff Jarrett in the first round, but lost to Mankind in the next.

- The J.O.B. Squad was formed, which included Snow, 2 Cold Scorpio, and Hardcore Holly.

- Snow defeated Holly for the Hardcore title at Backlash on April 25, 1999.

- Snow retained the Hardcore title by beating Hardcore Holly at Over the Edge.

- At Summerslam '99, Snow defeated The Big Bossman for the WWF Hardcore title.

- Snow defeated The Big Bossman in a "Kennel From Hell" match at the 1999 "Unforgiven."

- Mankind and Snow beat the Holly's for the WWF World Tag Team title on November 2, 1999 in Philadelphia, PA.

- Snow formed a tag team called Head Cheese with Steve Blackman.

- At the August 29, 2000 "Smackdown" taping in Fayetteville, NC, Snow defeated Perry Saturn for the European title.

- In the winter of 2001, Snow signed a new four-year contract with the WWF.

- During the spring of 2001, Snow, Tazz, Jacqueline, and Tori served as trainers for MTV's "Tough Enough."

- July 15, 2001, Snow became the new co-host of "Sunday Night Heat," replacing Tazz who had defected to ECW in the WWF vs. WCW/ECW story line.

Biography

 

- After completing his training from the legendary Killer Kowalski, Bloom competed on the independent circuit as the Mongolian.

- WWF scouts were impressed with Bloom's performance on a New England NWA show, and offered him a contract. He was assigned to Power Pro Wrestling in Memphis for development.

- Bloom, now wrestling as Baldo, defeated Lance Cade on January 2, 1999 in Memphis, TN for the Power Pro Wrestling Young Guns title.

- Baldo upset Jerry "The King" Lawler in the finals of tournament to crown the first Power Pro Wrestling champion on January 29, 1999.

- In the summer of 1999, Bloom made his WWF television debut on "Sunday Night Heat" as the bizarre Prince Albert.

- Upon entering the WWF, Albert regularly teamed with Darren "Droz" Drosdov. In October 1999, Droz suffered a career ending injury in a match with D-Lo Brown.

- Following the injury to his tag team partner, Albert joined forces with the Big Boss Man in a feud with the Big Show.

- A short time later, Albert feuded with the Big Boss Man.

- Albert returned to tag team competition, this time teaming with Test. T & A (Test & Albert) fell under the tutelage of the vivacious Trish Stratus.

- At the 2000 Backlash PPV in Washington, D.C., T&A defeated the Dudley Boyz.

- T & A defeated Al Snow and Steve Blackman at Wrestlemania 2000.

- On the June 20, 2000 "Smackdown" taping in Memphis, TN, T&A joined their manager in her ring debut, and beat the Hardy Boyz and Lita in a mixed gender match.

- To mock the Acolytes Protection Agency, T&A briefly became the T&APA.

- Albert turned on Test in a match against Too Cool on the December 28, 2000 episode of "Smackdown" in Nashville, TN. A gleeful Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley viewed Albert's brutal attack of Test, her former "fiancée."

- Albert joined forces with Justin Credible and X-Pac in the creation of a new wrestling stable dubbed X-Factor.

- At Backlash '01 in Chicago, IL, X-Factor defeated the Dudley Boyz (Bubba Ray, D-Von, and Spike) in a six-man tag team match.

- On the May 31, 2001 edition of "Smackdown," X-Factor defeated the Hardy Boyz and Eddie Guerrero.

- At the June 26, 2001 "Smackdown" television taping in New York City, Albert defeated Kane, thanks to outside interference from Diamond Dallas Page, to capture the WWF Intercontinental title.

- On the July 5, 2001 episode of "Smackdown," Albert successfully defended the Intercontinental title against the 2001 King of the Ring, Edge.

- After the break up of X-Factor, Albert found himself a new tag team partner, Scotty 2 Hotty.

- At the Vengeance PPV in San Diego, CA, Albert and Scotty 2 Hotty teamed up to defeat Edge and Christian.

- On the December 17, 2001 episode of "Raw," Albert and Scotty 2 Hotty received a WWF World Tag Team title shot. During the contest, Albert gave the Dudley Boyz' valet Stacy Keibler a much unappreciated lip lock.

- On the April 4, 2002 edition of "Smackdown," Albert turned on Scotty 2 Hotty after the duo lost a WWF World Tag Team title match against Billy and Chuck.

- In December 2002, Bloom's ring name was changed to A-Train.

- Been Teaming with Big Show since then.

Woo. I was there, that was in Rochester NY. I remember marks around me were cheering Albert, much to my dismay, so I started screaming "Why are you cheering this man?!" and then Albert turned, and I laughed menancingly and screamed "How do you love your precious Albert now?!"

Real name: Booker Tio Huffman

- Huffman trained for six months to become a pro wrestler.

- Booker T debuted as G.I. Bro for Ivan Putski's Houston based indy promotion.

- Booker T and his brother Stevie Ray became a tag team in the Texas-based WWA promotion. The duo stayed in the territory for three years.

- While in Texas, Booker T feuded with Tiger Conway Jr.

- Booker T and Stevie Ray moved to the Global Wrestling Federation, and were managed by Gary Hart. The team received the name "The Ebony Experience."

- The Ebony Experience beat Stevie Dane and Gary Young for the GWF Tag Team title on July 31, 1992.

- The Ebony Experience claimed their second GWF Tag Team title in September 1992, and their third on February 26, 1993 from Bad Breed (Ian and Axl Rotten).

- Booker T and Stevie Ray made their WCW debut on July 7, 1993, teaming with Sid Vicious in a six man tag match.

- Harlem Heat captured their first WCW World Tag Team title on December 8, 1994, defeating The Patriot and Marcus Alexander Bagwell in Atlanta, GA.

- After dropping the title to the Nasty Boys, Harlem Heat regained the belts on June 24, 1995.

- Harlem Heat won the WCW Tag Team title at Fall Brawl 1995, defeating "Dirty" Dick Slater and Bunkhouse Buck.

- When the Filthy Animals were stripped of the WCW Tag Team belts due to an injury suffered by Rey Mysterio Jr., the title was put up in a three-way dance at the 1999 Halloween Havoc. Harlem Heat claimed their tenth WCW World Tag Team title defeating Hugh Morrus and Brian Knobs and Konnan and Kidman.

- Kidman and Booker T (with Torrie Wilson) defeated Harlem 2000 (Ray and Big T) at Uncensored 2000.

- On the May 23, 2000 "Thunder" taping, Booker T reverted back to G.I. Bro and joined the Misfits in Action.

- As G.I. Bro, Booker T defeated Shawn Stasiak at the 2000 Great American Bash in a Boot Camp match in Baltimore, MD.

- On the June 19, 2000 episode of "Nitro," Huffman removed his G.I. Bro attire and became Booker T once again.

- At the Bash at the Beach in Daytona Beach, FL, Booker T defeated Jeff Jarrett for the WCW title.

- On the July 24, 2000 edition of "Nitro," Booker T successfully defended the WCW title against Goldberg.

- At New Blood Rising in Vancouver, Booker T defeated Jarrett to retain the WCW title.

- On the September 4, 2000 episode of "Nitro," Booker T defeated his brother Stevie Ray under the orders of Vince Russo in a qualifying match for the War Games 2000 match.

- At Fall Brawl 2000, Booker T defeated Kevin Nash in a steel cage match for his second WCW title.

Biography

 

- DeMott began training with Johnny Rodz at the end of 1989. Rodz also trained Tazz, D-Von Dudley, and Big Vito among others.

- Wrestling as Crash the Terminator, DeMott defeated Steve Strong (Steve DiSalvo) for the AWF (Americas Wrestling Federation) title on March 28, 1992 in Puerto Rico.

- Crash the Terminator and Mr. Pogo defeated the Head Hunters for the W*ng World Tag Team title in July 1992. (The team was stripped of the title when Mr. Pogo no showed a scheduled title match).

- At UWA's 18th Anniversary show on January 31, 1993 in Naucalpan, Mexico, Crash the Terminator, Eddie Watts and Goliath el Gigante beat Dos Caras, El Texano and Silver King.

- On July 11, 1993, Crash the Terminator won a sixteen man tournament to become the first W*ING World Heavyweight Champion in Yokohama, Japan.

- Crash faced Leatherface in a barbed wire baseball bat match for IWA in Japan.

- DeMott, as Crash the Terminator, defeated Pitbull #1 at ECW's Ultimate Jeopardy '94 in Valley Forge, PA.

- At SuperBrawl VI, Morrus defeated Chris Kanyon in a dark match.

- Morrus briefly teamed with Joey Maggs, and in 1996, with Scott Norton.

- In September 1996, Morrus was invited to a Japan/US All-Star Tournament in Japan. Other participants in the tournament included Ric Flair, Arn Anderson, Sting, Lex Luger and Steven Regal.

- Morrus pinned Joe Gomez in a dark match at SuperBrawl VII in San Francisco.

- He went on a WCW tour of Europe in the summer of 1997.

- Morrus joined Jimmy Hart's Dungeon of Doom.

- On September 22, 1997, Morrus became victim number one of Bill Goldberg.

- Morrus pinned La Parka with his No Laughing Matter moonsault on the February 5th, 1998 episode of "Thunder."

- DeMott signed a three-year contract with World Championship Wrestling in March 1999.

- Morrus defeated Jerry Flynn on May 30, 1999 in Baton Rouge, LA.

- At Fall Brawl '99, Morrus and Brian Knobbs beat Dean Malenko and Shane Douglas in a "no DQ" match when Morrus pinned Malenko.

- Morrus became Captain Rection at Slamboree 2000.

- Captain Rection formed the Misfits In Action with Lash Leroux, Chavo Guerrero, Van Hammer, and Major Gunns.

- A short time later, he was promoted to General Rection.

- At Fall Brawl 2000, Hacksaw Jim Duggan turned against Rection, joining Lance Storm's Team Canada in the process.

- Rection defeated Duggan and Storm in a handicap match for the United States title in Las Vegas, NV at Halloween Havoc.

- At the German only PPV "Millennium Final," Rection and Alex Wright defeated Mark Jindrak and Sean O'Haire for the WCW World Tag Team title.

- Rection recaptured the United States title at Mayhem 2000 from Storm in Milwaukee, WI.

- At Superbrawl Revenge on February 18, 2001, again wrestling as Hugh Morrus, DeMott defeated The Wall.

- In March 2001, Morrus's contract was purchased by the WWF as part of the WCW sale to WWF.

- On the June 4, 2001 edition of "Raw," Morrus did a run in during an IC title match between Kane and Christian to advance the WCW Invasion angle.

- At Invasion, Morrus, Shawn Stasiak, and Kanyon defeated the Big Show, Billy Gunn, and Albert in a six man tag match.

- On March 12, 2002, Morrus and Raven defeated Lance Cade and Steve Bradley for the HWA Tag Team title in Cincinnati, OH.

- He returned to the WWE Smackdown Roster but was relegated to the midcard level

- Jericho formed a team with Lance Storm in Calgary called Sudden Impact.

- Sudden Impact were recognized as the first CRMW (Canadian Rocky Mountain Wrestling) North American tag team champions on October 17, 1992.

- Jericho was spotted by Mexican promoter Carlos Elizondro while wrestling in the San Francisco area. Jericho became Corazon de Leon south of the border.

- Sudden Impact defeated the Brotherhood on January 23, 1993 to reclaim the CRMW North American tag team title in Calgary.

- On January 29, 1993, Jericho pinned Beef Wellington for the CRMW International/North American title.

- In April 1993, Jericho joined the EMLL promotion in Mexico, where he worked off and on for three years.

- On July 21, 1993, Jericho teamed with El Dandy to defeat El Texano and Silver King for the WWA Tag Team title.

- After a brief stint in Germany, Jericho returned to Mexico to capture the NWA Middleweight title from Mano Negra on December 7, 1993.

- On January 14, 1994, Jericho defeated Steve Rivers for the CRMW Commonwealth Mid-Heavyweight title in Calgary.

- Jericho dropped the Canadian Mid Heavyweight title to former partner Lance Storm on February 4, 1994.

- Now a heel, Jericho started calling his fans "Jerichaloholics." He also welcomed the fans to "Monday Night Jericho."

- Jericho faced the high flying Juventud Guerrera at "SuperBrawl VIII" in a mask v. title match. Jericho was successful, and forced "Air Juvi" to unmask.

- Dean Malenko was next up for Jericho, who he referred to as "Stinko" Malenko. Jericho defeated Malenko at the 1998 "Uncensored," which sent Dean home for a break.

- As a final dig at Malenko, Jericho claimed to be the man of 1,004 holds since Malenko is referred to by many as the man of 1,000 holds.

- Benoit moved to Japan, and spent most of 1987 wrestling for the New Japan promotion.

- On January 2, 1987, Chris made his New Japan debut against Yuki Funaki.

- On March 19, 1988, Benoit pinned Gama Singh for the British Commonwealth Mid-heavyweight title in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

- Benoit defeated Johnny Smith three times for three additional British Commonwealth titles from June 88 - July 1989.

- On October 7, 1988, Benoit and Lance Idol defeated the Cuban Commandos for the Stampede International Tag Team title.

- Benoit teamed with Biff Wellington to capture the Stampede International Tag Team title from Makhan Singh and Vokkan Singn (the late Gary Albright) on April 4, 1989.

- After the Calgary based Stampede promotion folded in December 1989, Benoit returned to New Japan, and became the masked Pegasus Kid.

- On August 19, 1990, Benoit (as the Pegasus Kid) defeated Jushin Thunder Liger for the IWGP Junior Heavyweight title in Tokyo, Japan.

- In March 1991, Benoit moved to Mexico and the Universal Wrestling Alliance.

- On March 31, 1991, Pegasus defeated Villano III for the UWA Light Heavyweight title in Naucalpan, Japan.

- On December 21, 1991, Benoit and David Taylor captured the CWA World Tag Team title from Miles Zrno and Franz Schumann in Bremen, Germany.

- At UWA's 17th Anniversary show in Naulcalpan, Mexico, Benoit successfully defended the WWF Light Heavyweight title against Villano III in three falls.

- In January 1993, Benoit signed with WCW. Due to his continued Japanese commitments, WCW used him as a jobber.

- Benoit lost a mask vs. mask match to Liger, and became the Wild Pegasus.

- On April 16, 1994, Benoit won the Super J Cup tournament in Tokyo, defeating the Black Tiger (Eddy Guerrero), Gedo, and the Great Sasuke, all in one night.

- After his short stint with the WWF, Chris wrestled on the independent circuit, and landed in ECW.

- While in ECW, "the Crippler" started teaming with Dean Malenko.

- On February 25, 1995, Benoit and Malenko beat Sabu and the Tasmaniac to win the ECW World Tag Team title.

- Together with Malenko and Shane Douglas, Benoit formed the Triple Threat.

- In the summer of 1995, Benoit received a WWF try out match against Owen Hart in Youngstown, OH, but was not offered a contract.

- In September 1995, Benoit and Malenko joined WCW.

- Benoit joined the Four Horsemen with Ric Flair, Arn Anderson, and Brian Pillman.

- Benoit feuded with Kevin Sullivan, resulting in many falls count anywhere matches.

- Benoit pinned Rad Radford on December 15, 1995 at the Stu Hart Tribute Show.

- On June 1, 1996 at the World Wrestling Peace Festival in Los Angeles, Benoit defeated Alex Wright.

- In early 1997, Benoit and Sullivan still feuded, and the feud got even more heated when Woman, Kevin's then wife, sided with Benoit.

- On April 12, 1997, Benoit pinned Sullivan at the Egg Dome in Tokyo, Japan.

- Benoit defeated Sullivan in a retirement match at the Bash at the Beach '97.

- United States champion Diamond Dallas Page offered Benoit a shot at the title on the February 5, 1998 "Thunder" show. In the end, Page retained the title.

- Benoit and Booker T had some classic matches over the next couple of months. On two occasions, Benoit actually defeated Booker T for the World Television title. Since neither match was televised, the title changes were never acknowledged.

- The two even had a best of seven series for the Television title, which Booker T won.

- "Mongo" McMichael and Benoit tried to convince Arn Anderson to reform the Four Horsemen. The group finally reunited on September 14, 1998, with the return of Ric Flair. Malenko was the newest member.

- Benoit and Malenko needed to defeat Barry Windham and Curt Hennig twice at SuperBrawl IX to win the double elimination tournament to crown new WCW tag team champions. The duo won the first match, but lost the second.

- The team finally won the tag team belts at "Uncensored," defeating Hennig and Windham in a lumberjack/strap match.

- At Spring Stampede ’99, Benoit and Malenko defeated Perry Saturn and Raven in Tacoma, Washington.

- On October 4, 1999, Benoit faced Bret Hart at the Kemper Arena in Kansas City. It was a match dedicated to the memory of Owen Hart.

- At Starrcade ’99, Benoit defeated Jeff Jarrett in a ladder match for the United States title.

- Benoit defeated Sid for the WCW title at Souled Out 2000. The next night on "Nitro," he was stripped of the gold.

- Benoit received his WCW release on January 25, 2000, per his request, and six days later, debuted on "Raw" with Malenko, Guerrero, and Saturn.

- At Wrestlemania 2000 in Anaheim, CA, Benoit defeated Kurt Angle for the Intercontinental title.

- On the May 8, 2000 edition of "Raw," Benoit defeated Chris Jericho for his second IC title in Uniondale, NY. Triple H served as the self-appointed guest referee.

- Benoit defeated Jericho in a submission match at Judgment 2000 to retain the IC title.

- At Summerslam 2000 in Raleigh, NC, Benoit beat Jericho 2-1 in a best of 3 falls match.

- A few months later, the Radicalz (Benoit, Guerrero, Saturn, and Malenko) reformed.

- At Survivor Series '00 in Tampa, FL, the Radicalz defeated Chyna, Billy Gunn, K-Kwik (K-Krush), and the Road Dogg in an elimination match. The survivors were Benoit and Saturn.

- At Armageddon, Benoit defeated Billy Gunn for the Intercontinental title.

- In early 2001, Benoit broke away from the Radicalz.

- Benoit defeated Angle in a "30-minute Ultimate Submission" match at Backlash '01 in Chicago, IL. At the end of thirty minutes, the match was tied at three submissions each. Benoit ended the tie in overtime.

- At Insurrextion in London, England, Benoit beat Angle in a best of three falls match (two falls to none).

- Despite dropping a best of 2 out of 3 falls match to Angle earlier on the show, Benoit (who turned out to be Jericho's mystery partner) and Jericho defeated Edge and Christian to win the tag team turmoil match at Judgment Day PPV.

- The next night on "Raw" in San Jose, CA, Benoit and Jericho defeated Steve Austin and Triple H for the WWF World Tag Team title.

- On the May 24, 2001 edition of "Smackdown," Benoit and Jericho successfully defended the WWF World Tag Team title against the Dudley Boyz, Edge and Christian, and the Hardy Boyz in a TLC match.

- On June 28, 2001, Benoit under went successful neck surgery in San Antonio, TX.

- On the March 25, 2002 edition of "Raw," Benoit was drafted by Vince McMahon to be apart of the WWF Smackdown! roster.

- Benoit made his return to WWE television on the May 27, 2002 episode of "Raw" in Edmonton. At the end of the show, Benoit turned heel.

- On the July 29, 2002 edition of "Raw" in Greensboro, NC, Benoit defeated Rob Van Dam to captured the Intercontinental title.

- At Unforgiven '02, Benoit defeated Kurt Angle.

- At No Mercy '02 in Little Rock, AR, Benoit and Angle defeated Edge and Rey Mysterio Jr. to capture the newly created Smackdown brand Tag Team title.

- Benoit forced Eddy Guerrero to tap out to the crossface at the 2002 Armageddon PPV.

Fascinating stuff, but you kind of glossed over Brock's first loss to Big Show, which was Brock's first WWE loss ever (not counting DQ's)
