CBright7831 Posted March 12, 2006 Report Posted March 12, 2006 It's been awhile. The last time they did that was around Godzilla's 50th anniversary in 2004. Ironically enough - 2005 and 2006 mark the 50th anniversary of two other fan favorite monsters - Anguirus (2005) and Rodan (2006).

Yes, that would be Mothra. I preferred her adult stage form more than her larval form (which is the form you are referring to).

I also had the Son of Godzilla on tape, the one with the retarded little gray fat version. But the tape cut off about half way through, I've been dying to see the whole movie since about the age of 8.

It's out on DVD: In fact most of the Godzilla movies are out on DVD (minus Godzilla 1985 and Godzilla vs. Biollante). Some in great quality (like Sony's releases) and others in crappy quality (Classic Media's current versions of the DVDs and ADV's Destroy All Monsters DVD). With CM once again picking up the rights to Gojira (aka Godzilla: King of the Monsters), Godzilla Raids Again, Rodan, Mothra vs. Godzilla, Ghidorah: The Three Headed Monster, Invasion of the Astro Monster, and Terror of Mechagodzilla and releasing them (in a better condition than the ones currently on DVD). http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/search-h...ywords=Godzilla
