But i'm sure TNA is smart enough to not have a non-wrestler in the main event of their anniversary show anyway.

This is the same company who were 'smart' enough to do a skit with a midget beating off in a trashcan. Plus, you're dealing with a man who has an inflated sense of his own importance, who is also friends with the man running the show.

Do you even realise how long ago that was? And do you even realise that RUSSO WASN'T AROUND FOR THAT. God, it annoys me when people like you just hate on Russo because you don't know the facts, and you think 'OH IT RUSSO...HE MAKEY DECISIONS STUPID...ROFLMAOFOLMAO!!!!!'

Anyway, it's Jeff Hardy or D-Lo.

I'm almost positive the masturbating midget was on Russos first week writing for the company.

Remember, I said almost, not 100%.

It's gonna be Russo as the partner probably.

realisitcally i'd say Jeff, because he's young, popular (scary thought) & has name value. He also was made a bigger star during Russo's WWF run in mid '99 (Jeff went from jobber pussy to Michael Hayes' bitch during then, getting the tag titles with Matt). I don't want him in TNA at this moment if at all, since he of all people should be getting the D-lo style treatment of major build & a cool Vince McHussein video package.

Vader & Warrior are the 2 i'd prefer, since TNA might need more start power going into it's second year & the history with Sting. Vader beating on Crow Sting would be markout worthy. i just hope they don't get someone like Barry Horowitz. Russo is the top choice, but you never know. although i would mark like a bitch if it was...DAVID ARQUETTE!

--The mystery partner on Wednesday night's NWA TNA PPV as A.J. Styles partner against Jeff Jarrett & Sting is a wrestler who just two weeks ago I was told that they would never use for the foreseeable future.

That could mean it's Luger.

Oh, and BIG, the midget masturbating in the trashcan WAS a Russo idea.

"People like you"

He might not go to prison, even with what was found in his house, being a first time offender. And I don't think his trial is for a while yet, so he could do it.

I don't think after one Hard 10 match they're gonna throw Vampiro into the main event.

Vampiro hasn't been in TNA......at least I don't think.

He hasn't been in TNA. You are thinking of Vampire Warrior aka Gangrel.

Either Syxx-pac or Sabu.

They seem to have a major hard on for Sabu.

If it's a former ECW guy, his last name better rhyme with Binaka.

It must be Syxx Pac.

So...when he misses his flight...

Who will they put in his place?

I have a feeling it's going to be Raven vs. D'Lo so that eliminates them.

My guess would probably be Shane Douglas, but possibly a wild card like Luger, Savage, or most likely, Jeff Hardy

--I've been informed that the person I was told as the mystery partner on the TNA Anniversary this coming Wednesday (Jeff Jarrett & Sting vs. A.J. Styles & ?) is not the person as of last night. So I don't know who it is right now.

Looks like all bets are off. It could be anyone now.

I'm still thinking it's D Lo somehow, either by aligning with AJ as a heel or AJ pulling the "I'll give you a shot if you do this for me, we were such a great team..." type of deal.

Given the track record of ex-WWE talent quickly finding a way to TNA, do you think Jamal is a possibility at this point, perhaps to play muscle to Russo?

Big letdown yes, possible though.

I'm guessing Jeff Hardy, because he has name recognition, and could work the X style, if they kept him around.

My only qualm with Luger being the guy is that the fans would tear him apart. Heel Section chanting "You Killed Liz", fans booing everything the man did. i'd almost feel sorry for him.

But can you imagine the humor of it being Goldberg, providing he walks out between now & then? Granted i wouldn't care, but it'd get people talking. Worst case scenario is it's Beaver Cleavage

When I think of the people who are out there (basically meaning not in the WWE) who are "big enough" to fit in the main event the only name I come up with is Raven (since he's big IN the company).

Other than that Scott Hall...Syxx-Pac is stretching things as far as any kind of star power...but at least he worked well in ring in his TNA stint...making him better than HAll that way.

No, worst case scenario is if Sting were to no show. Say McMahon's signed him on the secret, told him to screw over TNA...Sting doesn't show up, TNA have to find a replacement, and it'd make them look pretty damn small time. Having said that, it's not likely. But that'd be the worse case scenario. That or Russo under the mask of the Black Scorpion.

Oh, and as far as the whole Russo thing goes, I could have sworn the whole midget thing was before Russo. But if it wasn't, then I apologise to NoSelfWorth for my comments...but hell, it's what you come to expect round here. Please accept my apology, or if not go to hell. :P

I'd love it if it was Lance Storm. After what happened on Raw, I'd love it if he left and joined TNA. Could you imagine a shoot promo from a guy like him? Plus TNA would suit his wrestling style and ability, and he could get over.

I think Sting has more class than to do that.
