Gert T 0 Report post Posted June 26, 2003 Yeah they would tank if Goldberg was champ for that reason, but I think that is why HHH does not have a huge problem with losing to Goldberg. Between that and a potential blowup, HHH's spot on top is still safe for the long term.
Guest wwF1587 Report post Posted June 26, 2003 well mick foley getting the title would be.....nice even though i dont get how someone as great as mick foley can just come back and win the title but meh..... there really is noone left (except goldfuck) for HHH to beat on RAW.... and this means one thing ladies and gents... HHH is coming back to SmackDown to become the longest reigning champ ever there like he has on RAW.... i mean think about it... HHH has to get a few wins over Edge, Lesner, Eddie G, perhaps Angle, Beniot,Rhyno and not to mention all the cruisers he can squash.... Come October this shall happen... my only idea is that when he has defeated the last two credible (if that) contenders is he hands down the belt to Nash or HBK.... but god I hope vince gets his head out of his ass before then... Ultra Violence 0 Report post Posted June 26, 2003 Apparently Jericho has been politicing and getting on Vince's good side over the last couple of months. The highlight reel segment was Jericho's idea and Vince apparently had a "HE'S GOING TO PUKE HE'S GOING TO PUKE" moment when he first saw it. Also the fact Y2J came out to a face pop on this week's RAW seems to indicate he's going to the top.
Adam 0 Report post Posted June 26, 2003 Jericho as Champ would make me think more of WWE again, it would make me have faith.
Guest JDMattitudeV1 Report post Posted June 26, 2003 I've stopped watching Raw because the only person who ever goes over is HHH. See Monday night for example, why did HHH have to unmask Kane? And anyone who thinks that Ortons push is leading to anything more than being pedigeed is kidding themselves. He won't drop the title to Goldberg as he is a threat to him, I could see someone like Foley getting a 2 week reign like HBK before dropping it back to God. The real question is how long till HHH finds a way to get on Smackdown to bury Brock, Cena, Kurt and Matt?
Guest redbaron51 Report post Posted June 26, 2003 When HHH dies, Booker T will probably be the next champ. IF HHH EVER passes the torch to anybody young (500-1 odds), it'll probably be Randy Orton. that could be a good storyline, if not ruined.
Guest Anglesault Report post Posted June 26, 2003 I think they're going to have to bring someone over from Smackdown -- maybe Angle. GOOD LORD, NO! Actually, ratings will tank if Goldberg is on top because WWE has screwed up his presentation Because ass kicking loon that no one can hurt and everyone is scared of justt doesn't cut it. Guest MillenniumMan831 Report post Posted June 27, 2003 We're going to need more than a quad injury fellas, I'm sure HHH would remind the fans that the Title has to be defended every 30 days. So, he'll be back at the first Raw after every ppv to squash whomever won the previous night's Main Event w/ one leg. JR --- "Will THIS be the night that HHH coughs up the Heavyweight By Gawd Championship?!? Remember folks, he has one leg and our wwe.com poll states that 98% of YOU fans think he WILL lose the belt TONIGHT! His match against Rob Van Dam is LIVE and it's NEXT!!! 100% of the viewers at home --- (rolls eyes)
