Guest IV:XX Posted June 30, 2003 Report Posted June 30, 2003 And that is...I won't be watching RAW tonight. Not because I've made some grand announcement that I was so offended or letdown by a previous show that I'll "never" watch RAW again. It's nothing that grand. I simply don't care about enough angles or participants on the show tonight. I don't care about Kane's new nonsensical feud with RVD.(Kane dies last week) I don't care about Evolution and Randy Orton trying to hold on for dear life until he can end a match with a Diamond Cutter. (At least Flair is still entertaining) I don't care about any of the tag teams. Steiner vs. Test. Stacy. Any of the women. Book chasing Christian for the IC title. It ALL seems aimless and pointless to me. And I think this is not just a problem of bad booking, but also of the increased time between PPVs when they're locked into storylines. Especially when the writers can't carry a good storyline for a week much less a month. So even if they have title matches, you know they'll end with DQs or cheat wins for the heel for MONTHS before the face even has a chance at victory. And I may be alone here. Maybe not. but I just don't care about where they're taking the RAW brand right now. Maybe if I read something interesting in the results, I'll watch next week. Maybe not. RAW just bores me now. And Smackdaown isn't any better.
Guest Dillon Likes Bossman Posted June 30, 2003 Report Posted June 30, 2003 I too am very bored with RAW. Saying that, I will still watch because I am addicted. Plus maybe Stiener will kill someone...
Guest Mattdotcom Posted June 30, 2003 Report Posted June 30, 2003 I just realized your user name translates into 4:20. That's awesome, good for you. As for RAW, I haven't watched it in three or four weeks, at least. It's summer, and I've been doing stuff with my friends, and I'm all the better for it. I never thought I'd be happy missing WWE programming, butI never thought I'd stop enjoying it.
Murmuring Beast Posted June 30, 2003 Report Posted June 30, 2003 I'll keep peeled for any ultra controversial storyline on Raw. I don't really fancy seeing Rosie or Jamal or whoever wrestling Booker T in 2 minute matches.
Guest Blue Bacchus Posted June 30, 2003 Report Posted June 30, 2003 I'd hate to break from my mundane cycle. I'll be watching tonight.
Guest FeArHaVoC Posted June 30, 2003 Report Posted June 30, 2003 I'm sure Vince and Triple H are devastated.
rising up out of the back seat-nuh Posted June 30, 2003 Report Posted June 30, 2003 If it was live, I'd watch it. But seing as it's not on till Friday in the UK, I won't give a fuck by then.

Guest nikowwf Posted June 30, 2003 Report Posted June 30, 2003 If he's getting a cookie I want one too. I deserve it for sitting through Raw. niko
Guest Mattdotcom Posted June 30, 2003 Report Posted June 30, 2003 I do a lot of stuff and don't make threads about the stuff I do. Somebody get me the whole bag of Chips-A-Hoy.

Guest Sakura Posted July 1, 2003 Report Posted July 1, 2003 I am playing Mortal Kombat II for 32X instead of watching RAW. This version of the game pretty much sucks(especially since I have the FAR superior SNES and arcade versions) but it's still better than RAW.
